Professional, willing to help, dedicated, and knowledgeable

Working with Craig, Tony, Lindsey, Susan and Ken has simplified my process. At ProSource Chicago, I feel like I'm walking into Cheers (where everybody knows your name -- you know the jingle). The entire staff is professional, willing to help, dedicated, and knowledgeable. Visit after visit, I have been impressed with the new information I learn with each interaction. There is a solid team of employees at ProSource and I am happy to have a business relationship with each member.

Great selection, poor follow-through

Loved the choices for everything in one place. We made the mistake of relying on their expertise. We ordered everything for our bathroom rehab in one day. We paid $200 to have them come to measure for the tile and ordered 20% extra. When the contractors were ready - oh no! The bathtub faucet we ordered was no where to be found. There was no rough plumbing ordered and the tile was just enough for the square footage. Where was the extra? And, guess what? The guy we worked with no longer worked there. I know that happens, but if he was inexperienced or learning or not competent, where was the oversight?

I am sorry Jeanne that your experience was not 5 stars. We do our best to provide the best service with every project we work on. I just want to confirm that since we do not install we give our best guess on square footage as all installers install differently and we do ask for their final count. The $200 that was charged was for the cabinet measure and was applied towards the cabinet purchase. Again, I’m sorry your experience was not up to your standard but we do hope you will enjoy your new bathroom remodel for years to come.

Julie and Adam were wonderful to work with. My client purchased wood flooring, kitchen cabinetry, counter tops and hardware from Pro Source. Julie's guidance was very helpful and Adam's assistance with the cabinetry layout and order, in addition to his follow up help, was invaluable. I would recommend Pro Source to anyone.
