GREAT SERVICE & PRODUCT
My designer recommended Doug at Pro Source & we were not disappointed. The selection was amazing and they allowed us to take several samples to see which one would “sing”. They were efficient in obtaining the products ordered & lettering me know when they were available. The tile & lining are now installed resulting in 2 beautiful baths.

Great customer service, got everything ordered, then our representative was terminated.
A Sales Rep named Candle Horton worked with us for tile, wood flooring and shower flooring. She was patient, extremely helpful and very professional. We made our decisions and notified our General Contractor. We were contacted by Candle Thanksgiving week that she would no longer be our rep, that she had been terminated.
She has contacted us at least 3 times since her termination to check if we got the products we ordered and were we happy with the results. No one else from ProSource contacted us, except for this review.
From a business standpoint we got the products we selected and ProSource made a sale. The experience was very positive because Candle treated us as people she was there to serve not just customers who could look around and find what they want. There are quite a few flooring businesses in our area, ProSource would not be our first choice for future projects.

Endless options and knowledgable staff
My North County account rep, Karen is always extremely helpful. There is so much to choose from and she really knows the products and can help narrow down to the best options. She is also really great about staying on top of things and alerting me of any low stock or other considerations. This is a great resource for all.
