My wife and I are in the process of a large Kitchen and Bath remodel job, and we were having a difficult time trying to pick out all our materials. A flooring contractor I use told us about ProSource of Marietta, so we went to check it out.. ProSource is a "Fantasic Find", and has a showroom with a great selection of flooring and many other remodeling and home design products. The team there is top-notch and knowledgeably answered all our questions, and always responded quickly whenever I phoned about additional things. Stacy was outstanding, and helped us select our tile products, and reviewed my orders with me to ensure they were correct and that I hadn't forgotten anything. Steven provided me with great pricing and a line of credit with 0% financing for 12 months. We will definitely go back to ProSource again for our next project when we plan to finish our basement next year!! Thanks -Gary.

Would never use this company again, horrible experience. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe this business and the owner. We actually went in to ProSource Marietta to buy materials to renovate our master bathroom. While in the showroom we were asked about if we had hired a contractor to do the work. When we said we didn't have someone yet they conveniently mentioned that there was a company that shared the same building and they referred many people to this company by the name of FloorLogic Solutions. They said FloorLogic Solutions was great, did good work, and gave us the contact information. We proceeded with calling FloorLogic Solutions and getting a quote. We hired them and everything went downhill from there. It turns out the owner of ProSource Marietta actually runs FloorLogic Solutions. When we began to have problems with the demo right from the beginning we were concerned. We tried calling the person we thought ran the company. When we could not reach him we reached back out to ProSource Marietta and were then connected with the owner of ProSource Marietta. We were shocked and surprised to find this out because ProSource Marietta is only supposed to supply materials, not do installations. Even their corporate headquarters was surprised to find this out. They did not disclose to us they were affiliated in any way with the installation company FloorLogic. The first crew that was sent in had someone in charge who began extorting money for damages he did maliciously and stealing materials and supplies from our home. He was aggressive, incompetent, and not qualified to build a new bathroom. When we finally did get connected to the actual person running FloorLogic Solutions and it was the same person running ProSource Marietta we told him we were going to fire them. He asked for a chance to "make it right" and if we did he would have a foreman on the next job every day watching the workers and everything would be done to correct the situation, to which we agreed, which was the next mistake. He then took that opportunity to send "his best crew" to our home. He sent someone this time who is a convicted felon with a violent background and who spent 10 years in prison, was released but re-offended and currently has yet another open felony case out of an adjacent county. This worker and a partner showed up one day for about two and a half hours, didn't do much work, were supposed to show up the next morning and did not, at which time we spoke to the owner again stating we were terminating our relationship and they were being fired. It was one of the worst experiences we have ever had with a contractor engaging in these types of unethical and negligent, dangerous practices. Afterwards we did get a legitimate contractor to come in who had to repair the damages incurred by FloorLogic Solutions/ProSource, which of course cost us more money than if we had hired someone else to start with. We did contact the corporate headquarters of ProSource Marietta which is based out of Missouri to report our experience with this franchise owner, had all the documentation of what had happened and supplied them with everything they asked for from pictures to cancelled checks of our costs incurred. At first they were quite taken back and expressed concern because ProSource is not supposed to be provide any installation services, and at most they may give you a list of qualified contractors. They had no idea that this franchise owner was engaging in any installation services. The corporate headquarters strung us along for three weeks saying they were going to work with us to remedy the situation and come up with a satisfactory resolution, that the president of the company was going to call us and it was all going to be taken care of. But, in the end after having time to discuss the worst details of who came into our home, corporate headquarters did a complete reversal and would not help us at all which was disturbing to say the least. Doing business with ProSource Marietta/FloorLogic Solutions was a very costly mistake. I wish I could give them a negative number that would be truly reflective of our experience, but suffice it to say I would not wish this experience on anyone.

The owner of this location really cares about this business. I had some weird things happen with my order - some ordering issues on their end and some manufacturing issues - and originally left a bad review. He personally called me to apologize and ask what he could do to make it better. I will use them again on my current renovation. Their products are beautiful. It's just the right amount of selection at this location - it's curated to be really nice and reasonably priced items. I'm finally in our new house and I look at the carpet, the pulls, and the towel racks I got from them and smile - they really do look great.

I've been using the team at ProSource for many years now. As a flooring contractor it's very helpful to have a supportive team like Jeff has at the Marietta location. As a lot of know when you're doing business and volume mistakes happen and it's nice when you have a team that tries to do their best to correct it. The one thing that frustrates me the most in the past years is I can't control the shipping companies. I also want to give Bethany Bridges a big thumbs-up and a hug for all her hard work and personal care for my customers. Bethany thanks for all you do even after hours at times! ProSource is a hidden gem in Marietta that a friend referred me to after searching all over for my carpeting needs. I wish I would have found them 4 years ago when we renovated our home. Kiernan, all the staff, installation folks were super stars! Kiernan assisted me with all of my shopping needs, staff was courteous and professional, guys that installed were superb and scheduling with Hannah was seamless. Thank you ProSource for beautiful carpeting that I could not find anywhere else, prompt ordering and installation..you are the BEST!

Kiernan assisted us in finding new flooring in our home. We had very specific requests for material types and manufacturing specifics due to health issues. And we needed it at a affordable price. Kiernan went above and beyond to make sure we had documentation for all our materials and we felt confident in our purchases. The installation company was professional and the work was done quickly and professionally. We will be returning to ProSource as we continue to update our home.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The hours aren't great so Saturdays are super busy and it's hard to receive help. There is a huge selection, but very little room to lay out samples for comparison.
