Day 1 tha handyman showed up checked the job duties and left for three hours. Came back and worked for an hour. Had to leave for another appointment. Scheduled again the following Monday. Had rescheduled for that same Thursday. No call. No show. Finally sent someone else three weeks later. I would say they need more reliable help. Thank you.

Neil did a fantastic job with our mudroom coatrack and shoe shelves. He was always professional, meticulous, and pleasant to work with. Nate was also wonderful. This is actually the second time we used Ace, and I’m sure we will again in the future!

We basically threw the kitchen sink at Neil for 6 hours. He was skilled in a variety of repair projects. I also found him to be of high integrity and honest about an exhaust fan that could repaired rather than replaced. Neil even took the time to engage with the dogs! I will definitely be calling again in the future when I have repairs that need to be made.

Although my initial date of service had to be adjusted, the outcome was still very satisfactory. Neil came prepared to do the job and even grabbed the shovel to clear his way in. He did outstanding work in a reasonable amount of time. Couldn't be more pleased. Thank you again.

I am so grateful for Ace Handyman Services. I wanted the exterior wooden steps of a back patio replaced. I received prompt, timely notifications of Craftsman’s arrival. The work was of high quality, and I trusted the Craftsman’s choice of material. He even stopped traffic on my street to prevent my dog from getting hurt as she had scooched out of her collar. How did the Craftsman know my dog was a drama queen. Neil, thank you.

I liked that Ace kept me informed of the status of my request, who was to do the work, and his time of arrival. The work, re-attaching some siding that lacked the lip for re-attachment, was accomplished by affixing the loose piece to my foundation using screws and was done reasonably well (the piece of siding is slightly pulled into the house more than adjacent pieces). The service is a bit expensive however,-- I was charged $5 for a few long screws when you can buy a pound of these for $5. On the other hand, Neil, the "handyman" was prompt, polite and efficient, and if needed I would use him again.

I'd been struggling for many weeks with non-functioning lights in the laundry room. Had called other "professionals" who never even returned my call. But Neil came and quickly diagnosed the problem, suggested solutions and proceeded to obtain the supplies and now I finally have light again. I applaud his knowledge and work ethic.
