As I've built my home, I have experienced that every aspect of building can be meticulous and complex from start to finish. Anthony made the items that ProSource provided for my home very easy to pick and painless with his direct knowledge of the products and listening to what I wanted. I took very little time getting exactly what I preferred with a small amount of knowledge on the materials thanks to him.

My salesman is very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help me find the products I need. He has pulled multiple samples for me and my clients and helped save me time and multiple trips back to the store. Everyone in the store have always been super polite and helpful. The only negative thing i can say about the store is that their warehouse is too small. The loader always has to move around pallets to get to my order, I realize that isnt any easy fix. It is not at all the loaders fault, just very tight on space.

I work for a general contractor. We frequently bring clients in to pick out flooring, backsplashes and occasionally cabinets and countertops. We usually give Angie a call before hand to let her know that we are coming. I take the clients back to the showroom and let Angie know what we picked out and she gets prices together for us for comparison so my homeowners can make an informed decision. There was a time or two where I wasn't able to meet my homeowners and Angie is always good to them!

I've worked with Prosource a few times. My most recent experience was very positive. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had multiple questions, and the communication was wonderful. All of my questions were answered quite quickly. I ordered shower tiles and a porcelain tile floor, as well as had a bathroom vanity custom made. The room looks great and I am happy with the products so far.
