Great Selectionof floor coverings at great prices!

I have been a member of Pro Source in Rochester, NY for decades. Every carpet in my house I purchased fro Pro Source. As a business owner of Clean Your Carpets Inc., 585.924.8440, I value trusted partners that I can send my clients to for their floor covering needs. One client of mine that went to Pro Source said that they saved $1600.00 over another large store in Rochester. This was after bring in a sample from that other store and comparing apple to apples. Allison, (Ali), really knows her stuff and is very helpful. I highly recommend Pro Source of Rochester.

Great store and very helpful. Patty and Alison helped me through the process. Patty was out and Alison was on top of my order. They always returned phone calls promptly. You would be lucky to work with them.

Great Service But.....

I had no problem with the staff or anyone there. The service was excellent...but they will not take back extra floor that has not been opened? It was not a special order and the boxes were unopened. Now I have $300 in flooring that I cannot use. I have purchased flooring before and other places will take it back. This will make me shop somewhere else.

Great prices, fantastic products & outstanding service!

I have bought lots of floor coverings from Pro Source over the years. They have very good prices on top quality products along with great service! I highly recommend Pro Source of Rochester. Allison is very good to deal with!

Personable Staff

Pro Source is the place to go for your flooring. The staff treats you like a friend of theirs and they are very knowledgable. The installers they recommend are top notch. Their repertoire is quite extensive and unique compared to their competition and their prices are always better.
