Prosource and their team have been a constant and reliable source for my interior business for over a decade. I source their products for residential and commercial projects. Prosource provides a wide range of materials from flooring/tile to kitchen cabinetry. From low to high-end materials are available to suit all my project needs.

We had just done a large scale bathroom renovation. Throughout renovation project we had very specific and custom requirements with the tile, countertop and especially the cabinets. Working through the intricacies of the design with the ProSource team, ordering the materials, the communication and follow throughout the project was excellent. This is the second bathroom project that we have worked with the ProSource team and when the time comes time to renovate our kitchen we will be definitely be using the ProSource team for that as well!! People at Pro Source are really great to work with. We had issues with damaged cabinets and our contact ensured replacements were delivered promptly. Only complaint I have is think they should come to house to do measurements on cabinets themselves rather than relying on contractors to do that. We had some issues which could have been prevented if that had been done

I am so happy I was asked to review ProSource. I consider myself to have great design sense and did not walk in intending to work with a designer. Once the process started, Sue Mailloux became my account manager, and she took on the project and helped with measurements, tile selection, and so on. She did not give up, and insisted my tiler call her so she was sure to give me the correct product. I HIGHLY recommend Sue and ProSource. I've already referred both on to an employee and will be back in the winter to start next project.

The setup and ability to choose all the materials in one place is great - if your contractor works with them regularly. Mine was new to ProSource (they carried the Quartz I wanted and others didn't) and the firm did not communicate clearly/ often with my contractor. I believe the issue is that there is a lead person on each project, and if your lead is out for the day no one covers. The staff is very friendly and well intentioned as well as knowledgeable- so if they can fix this it would be a much better all round experience.
