I was in 3 days ago to have a broken partial looked at. First thing im told is in order for my insurance to pay The claim it was necessary to have full mouth x rays + a panograph ( full head xray). I checked with my insurance and that is not correct. So after I find out i have an infection that I had 6 months ago when I last saw them ( they do not do endo there so in an effort to save the tooth I found an endodontist. When they called 7 day and requested my records they were told they couldnt have them because they dont do that. You can die from an infection but it didnt seem to matter to the hateful person on the phone. It would be cheaper to extract the tooth. Im given a treatment plan I cant afford ( tooth extraction $220 but the bill almost $2000. I ask for my treatment plan and they said they would email it. Im still waiting. If you are looking for an office that puts you first keep looking this isn it.

Mostly great. The guy who explained the treatment plan was hard to understand, and he didn't present the information very well. He made it sound like I had five cavities when really he was trying to say I had five old fillings that could be replaced. You guys could also use another dentist on Sunday's because it was pretty busy. Other than that it went well. Thanks.

Everyone was very nice and friendly. They took their time and didn't feel like they were in a hurry for me to leave.

one more and last visit
I did not like the asistance working on my root canel. He niked my other tooth and my gums. And it is big and ugly,I hope the final job looks and feels better than this. When the asistance was working on me no one assisted him, with water or suction and stuff got in my nose and throat,as I look at myself,I am just disgusted.
