First of all this most recent experience was last year but my husband was very sick and I was taking care of him so I am just now addressing the issue I had with this company after my last flooring purchase in 2016 We first shopped ProSource as members of Direct Buy in 2006 when we had hardwood flooring put in a downstairs bedroom for my mother, as the carpet was not working since she was elderly and we were concerned about possible accidents. Well it turned out beautifully. The rest of this first floor had a bamboo type click flooring which they didn't make anymore and I liked the cherry wood and went with it and hoped to replace the bamboo with the cherry wood at a later date but then when it came time to do this wood floor throughout they didn't make it anymore so I tried matching colors and went with a glossy finish laminate from ProSource by Bella .Just a few days after it was down it began to delaminate over here then over there and the installer kept replacing the bad planks but then there just became so many bad areas we stopped trying to stay on top of replacing the bad planks .I even ordered a another box of the planks just to have extras and when they arrived they had corners broken off, laminate peeling, so I called ProSource and they were going to order me another box but they never called me back to say it had come in and I just became tired and frustrated from the entire experience and gave up. I called and asked to discuss my problems with George ( manager) but he was never available to talk. He knew us very well as my husband talked in depth many times with George about his experience as a Vietnam POW. Finally one of the salesmen (Matt) sent out the Bella Company rep to look at the flooring and of course the rep claimed water may have gotten under it (never had water in the house)or I used wrong cleaning solution (I had only used Bona floor cleaning system solution per directions which that was what I was told to use) then he said it was possibly a bad install since we had a fellow do the install who did private contract work and flooring was one of these jobs he'd done. We'd had three other installers come and examine the flooring and they all said the same thing...they couldn't figure out what was causing this delamination.The sales rep absolutely offered every excuse known, to keep from saying that it may have been a bad batch of laminate or the mfg was in anyway at fault. It was delaminating in places that had never seen water (under the sofas, in hallways, everywhere and anywhere) The prep process was done according to instructions by the Bella Company. ProSource was just so unhelpful, unaccommodating, and it was truly an agonizing experience for us.. I saved up for five years to get the new flooring throughout my first floor and it was money out the window. I have delaminated floors everywhere now and I would have thought ProSource or Bella would have wanted to assist us in some way to resolve the issue. It would have at least shown me they cared but, they didn't and I guess you could say we'll most likely do any future floor shopping elsewhere. My suggestion... be knowledgeable regarding any warranty's by the retail store and by the mfg . I was just totally dissatisfied with the product and the lack of support from the manufacturer or the store owner.

We did a second home, and have used ProSource before in other parts of the country. Since this was a condo out of town, we really relied on having the pros help us out. Spent a bit of time with the designer and owner, picking out tile and cabinetry colors. It all turned out great! The designer even caught a couple of things we hadn't even thought about. The pricing couldn't be beat and the service is best we have experienced.

We really shopped around for cabinets. Best prices, helpful service and layout help. All cabinets came in looking great. Would reccommend that the sketch-up for the kitchen layout be done in real time, w customer there, like most other cabinet places do (instead of having to wait a few days to see the plan)
