MISREPRESENTATION, INCOMPETENCE, PROPERTY DAMAGE AND FRAUD
MISREPRESENTATION, INCOMPETANCE, PROPERTY DAMAGE AND FRAUD A-1 Certified Service MISREPRESENTED THEIR TECHNICAL EXPERTISE so that we would accept their estimate about the amount of time that was necessary to install system. A-1 Certified Service did not install our Blue Ridge Ductless Mini-Split System according to the manufacturer's instructions and as a result it did not function for more than 6 months. I was the one who finally figured out why it was not working with help from the manufacturer technical support. A-1 Certified Service DID NOT INSTALL CRITICAL COMPONENTS of our Mini-Split system which were required by the manufacturer's instructions. A-1 Certified Service billed us to use their materials when the same materials that were required were already included with our Mini-Split system components. A-1 Certified Service did not install our Jacuzzi Freestanding Whirlpool Tub according to the manufacturer's instructions. A-1 Certified Service severely damaged the Whirlpool Tub base, overflow drain, faucet supply lines, ceramic flooring and ATTEMPTED TO HIDE THE DAMAGE from us. A-1 Certified Service CLAIMED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, that they had spoken to Westinghouse Water Heater Technical Support about troubleshooting the problems with our Westinghouse Liquid Propane Tankless Water Heater. The documented email evidence from Westinghouse shows that they have never received a call for technical support from A-1 Certified Service AT ANY TIME. Westinghouse Water Heater Technical Support and nonetheless have CHARGED US FOR THE TROUBLESHOOTING WHICH IS FRAUD. WE WILL NEVER USE A-1 CERTIFIED SERVICE AGAIN AND WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE READING THIS CONSIDER CHOOSING ANOTHER AIR CONDITIONING AND PLUMBING COMPANY FOR THEIR NEEDS. If A-1 Certified Service has treated us this way, how many other customers have they cheated and lied to who were unaware and unable to understand what this company was doing to them?
