To The Rescue Again!
I've had to use AATCO's services before and when my car wouldn't start this morning even with a set of jumper cables I called them up. They came and picked up my car and were able to work on it right away. Thanks again for the fast and friendly service. We need more guys like you.

. My fiance and I went to the 1913 to play some pool and celebrate my new job, on this last Friday night. After a couple of pitchers, we did the responsible thing, and called a cab. We have gone there before, and parked in the same lot over night, after taking a cab home. We went back to get my car the next day, and it was gone. Then we noticed a small sign on one side of the lot, that wasn't there before, that warned us that there was no overnight parking. So clearly this was a new thing, and we were in violation. We called the number to the tow company, and found out that it would cost $351.00 to get my small car out of jail. I could not believe the price. We went to pick up my car, and asked the "guy", how much he would charge to tow my car across town if we were just needing a tow service someday, and he told us $50.00. So he was charging us 300$ more for nothing. I got in my car to leave and drove about 1/2 mile down the street, when I realized that my alignment was completely off and my car was making a light rubbing noise. This was NOT like this when I left my car the night before. We called him up again, and told him what was going on, and he told me that there was "no way they did that to my car, and that it was my problem". I said it was quickly going to be his problem, and he told me to go ahead and waste my time. All in all, this guy charged me 6 times the rate for a normal tow, and messed up my car to boot, then denied doing it, and was completely rude. I am reporting him to the better business bureau, filing a complaint with the city of Nampa, and filing a civil suit against him. I have found so many negative review of these guys!. DO NOT let this guy touch your car!

Poor business
These guys just posted signs on a lot in downtown Nampa on Monday that has been traditionally used for farmers market parking. They didn't bother to tell market organizers or vendors. They started towing this morning. First tow was a truck with handicap placard, lady was coming to move it so they hurried up to get it on truck. Didn't disconnect drive train or anything. Wouldn't stop while she was yelling wait and probably ruined her transmission. She had parked there for years and didn't notice the little signs. She had a dog in the truck and on has a disabled Vietnam veteran husband and brother that she takes care of. Then they would only take cash when she was trying to pay. Shame on your company. We went to the Atm to get the lady cash, so I do consider that I did business with them, and never will again. We told her to go to a shop and have the truck checked out. I will be a witness if she has to take you to court.

Look somewhere else
Paid 200.00 for a tow and for th to reset my codes so my car would start. Then I had to move it across the street since I couldn’t pick it up till later that evening and when I went back to pick it up my window was broken out with my own lug nut key, my doors were not locked might I add, it aparearse that someone tried to steal my rims and when they couldn’t get all the lug nuts off they threw it at the window in frustration and to top it off my car wouldn’t start again to drive it home. So basically paid 200 to end up with a broken window that’s 420 to fix missing lug nuts and my gti still won’t work. So I don’t believe they do a good job at repairing vehicles kind minimal service so it runs just for a little bit is what happened to me it ran long enough to move it across the street and out of their way.

Amazing service, Dependable, Trustworthy, Honest work
I had a major issue with a few vehichles my husband and i own, AATCO has saved the day on numerous issues ive delt with from a Transmission rebuild fix, clutch job, all the way down to a simple tune up, filter fluids, emission testing issues fixed, you name it they have always been honest caring and prompt to let us know right away what was wrong. I wouldnt go anywhere else they are affordable and the labor rate an hour was only $65.00 v.s others twice that amount for the same service. And they tow you in free of charge locally with major repairs! I cant speak for everyone but my family, friends, and even a couple co-workers have akways had a great experience at AATCO great family oriented place.Thank you So much AATCO you really know how to save the day!

great staff, helpful, and afforable
My vehicle had a couple of problems and I wanted a transmission service and oil change. They tightened the latch on my door handle and looked a my exhaust pipe that needed a bolt tightened. They were friendly and showed me everything that needed to be done on my vehicle. I was only billed for the oil change and transmission service. More than fair and happy to return.

Bad Customer Service, Unfair Treatment
I had called to get my vehicle towed to my property from another location. so I called AATCO and made arrangements. When I took my keys over, the office staff encouraged me to have their mechanic take a look at my vehicle, since supposedly they had "the best diagnostic equipment" I agreed and told them I was in no rush, with the holidays etc, and they said they had a full workload ahead so it would work out fine. It Sounded fair, so I left them my contact info with the receptionist who wrote down my info, etc. Some time later, I hadn't heard from them, and called to check on the status of my vehicle. "Randy" gets on the phone, yelling at me, accusing me of deliberately leaving my vehicle, due to not being able to contact me. Apparently, he accused me of leaving a wrong number on purpose (which I clearly did not). Why they never sent a letter to my address also did not make sense. Simply put, he was dialing the wrong number by one digit. He threatened to put a lien on my vehicle, etc. I was very upset by his lack of professionalism, on top of the immediate accusations. Ultimately, I paid the invoice. $65.00 for the tow, and $130.00 for a "diagnosis" that didn't even produce a single theory! They charged me $130.00 to tell me they didn't know what was wrong with it. Most reputable companies will normally not charge you if they can't fix it. These guys Are A TOTAL RIP-OFF. And VERY RUDE. Turns out it was a bad relay. Seems any technician with a single shred of common sense would know to check the fuse/relay box first?

BEWARE AATCO transmission and towing!! Does that look like a new water pump to you? We had an overheating problem with Rachelles car a couple months back in which this shop diagnosed and said it was the water pump. 600 dollars to fix along witha new thermostat. Month later overheating again and a shop down the road diagnoses and said it was the Tstat. Take it in to AATCO and they charge us 200 dollars and say they don't know what it is but not their Tstat and might be a cracked block. the guy was super fishy and defensive when questioning him about the tstat he said he took out but couldn't produce the supposed part. Another family trusted mechanic wound up putting a new engine in it. When we come to pick up the car he shows me the waterpump on the engine and how old and carotid it is. Not a new pump at all. He said get your money back or sue them and he would attest. Cant help but wonder if the block cracked from it continuing to overheat after a supposed repair.
