great service and response time!!
From the email that I sent on YELP to the service call, I received immediate response and follow up calls for arrival for the assessment of my aging air conditioner. I was given a 10am-2pm time range and was told I would receive a call an hour before my visit. I got that call at 11 and at 12noon Rob arrived. Rob was efficient, informative and quickly diagnosed the problem which for me was a capacitor. I've had this part replaced in the past (as my AC unit is well over 20 years old) by others at a much higher price. Rob explained everything I needed to know for the future and gave me quotes for future replacement as they don't last forever! I wouldn't hesitate to call A&C for any future needs!! Great, reasonable and efficient service!!
