Robert was conscientious about being punctual and providing quality work. He explained the process and exhibited trustworthiness. Due to a technical issue, we had to stop the job midway. With the threat of rain and water damage to our exposed wall, he contacted me to cover the area. By the time I saw the message and contacted him, he was on his way to cover the area. He is kind. Danielle, the office manager is on top of things. She is friendly and is accomodating. She was conscientious about work schedules and kept me informed about the process.It took us awhile to schedule the work and she followed up. I would contact them again if I had a "handyman" need. :)

I had a garage door that just would not close and to my surprise Paul told me it was never installed properly. The door was reinstalled with care to not damage the trim so it could be reused. The door closes with ease now. I also had some conduit that needed some ascetic work. The work was done in a friendly professional way. I will be using Handyman Matters again.
