Ray did a great job. More than what was asked. The job was partially delayed because of rain but I was kept up to date on the status and it was completed as soon as possible. Will always call Handyman Matters first.

I am a huge fan of Handyman Matters. My first interaction with the company was with Danielle, the Customer Service Rep. She explained the process of working with Handyman Matters thoroughly and answered a ton of questions that I had before, during the repair period, and after. She was also very helpful in providing directions/instructions when I dropped by the office to submit payment. I have never experienced an issue with getting a prompt response to a random question, even when she was on vacation! It's the little things that make a big impact where customer service is concerned. Danielle helped me schedule an estimate with Duane. He showed up, asked a bunch of questions, fully understood what I needed - complete small bath remodel, replaced a pedestal sink with a full-size vanity in the master bath, repaired several sections of drywall in two additional rooms that had gaping holes, and replaced a garage side-entry door. He completed the work for me and was in my home for over two weeks. Duane is extremely professional, highly skilled, and is way more than a handy man. He understands and can fix any sort of plumbing/electrical/carpentry/drywall/painting/structural issues that you may have. He is excellent at providing a shopping list for the items a customer can easily purchase on their own - huge cost savings there. And there were zero issues with items he purchased for "behind the scenes" work that went into my project. Raymond also helped finish up the work on my home. He is a great finisher with an eye for detail. His caulk/paint finishes completed my punch list items to my satisfaction. Finally, I cannot say enough about the owner, Ron. He is a man of integrity, very knowledgeable about the business side of house repairs, and helped me finish out the repairs on my home caused by Hurricane Harvey on a high note. This means the world to me. I will use Handyman Matters for all of my future home repair needs - from small scale jobs to large scale jobs. Everyone I interacted with at this company is concerned with delivering great customer service, being fair, working hard, and doing quality work. I have hired other individuals and other remodeling companies in the past but this is the first time I've felt that the folks working on my home actually cared about leaving the customer satisfied. This is the type of company you would recommend to your family and friends.

I discovered my guttering on the back side of my house was pulling down on the fascia and rake on the back of my house. There were 2 things causing this. One, the small section that connects to the back of my house was holding water due to not being at an angle that would allow water to flow to the gutter on the back and two, no down spout was installed at the end of this small section. Unfortunately, I had the gutters installed in 2004 and that company is no longer in business. I didn't even hesitate to call Handyman Matters. I left a message as it was after business hours when I called and the next business day I got a call from the office. They offered to send someone out to provide an estimate. I informed them I didn't need an estimate, I wanted Handyman Matters to do the work. You see, for me, it is a no brainer on who to call for something that needs to be done right. I know they will not do something if it doesn't need to be done. I know they won't charge me for more than what they do. I trust Handyman Matters 100%. I love the text messages that remind you of the appointment AND how they send you a picture of who you can expect and when. The little tracking device is very cool too. You can watch when they leave and when they are on their way how many minutes they are away. Anthony called me this a.m. to let me know when he would be arriving. He was very professional and nice. He showed me what the problem was and what he was going to need to do. He also called the office and spoke with the owner to provide the least cost solution. This saved me about $200!!! WHOOP! So Anthony, re-attached the guttering to be more secure, he sealed and fixed the seams of the hardy plank where it was pulling apart and he added a down spout at the end of this small section and the little extender so I could re-direct the spout in different directions (if needed). There was no mess or pieces of materials left on the patio. This is my 3rd time using Handyman Matters in 2 years. Each time, it had to do with water. I don't want water coming into my house. For me, it is peace of mind knowing I can count on a company that is honest and professional and they really do have experts in everything they do.

I had a shower caulking job plus annoying water seepage under the door. Duane took the time to understand what was going on, and fixed it.

Paul did a small job no one else would do. Handyman matters got it done quickly and professionally.
