This review is solely about my experience with Dr. Preceruti. The office, phone and nursing staff were all highly skilled, polite and courteous. I brought in my five year old son to gather a second opinion about some seriously decayed teeth. I believed my sons dentist had provided me with a referral to discuss the extraction of these teeth. Unfortunately this was not the case and the "referral" was not valid. I understand why Dr. Preceruti was unable to help me, but I do not understand his unprofessional behavior. He entered the exam room in a frenzy, obviously angry that I was given this appointment. Not only did I receive a lecture about not having a correct referral, I was also told that my health insurance was horrible, that his practice would no longer be accepting it and that I would have to pay out of pocket for any type of anesthesia. He also yelled at the nurse several times to contact the call center and find out who was responsible for giving me this appointment. His behavior was deplorable. I sat in the room with a two year old on my lap and a five year old in the exam chair. Both children were terrified by his actions.

Doctor and nurses were all great, however, we waited a very long time in the waiting room. Appt. was for 11:00. We got there 10 min. early and did not get taken into the exam room until 12 and extractions did not happen until 12:30. After extractions and time after to come out of snesthesia we didn't leave until 2:30. This was a very long time. Maybe the office should not schedule so many people at the same time. Nurses had to spread themselves too thin.

half unimpressed
I think its unacceptable that I waited over 45 minutes to be seen. If the tables were turned I would've been turned away & charged money - totally not fair! However, the two women & dentist that helped were more than apologetic. They made me feel comfortable & at ease. Went above & beyond to ensure I was in good hands!

high quality, professional, pleasant staff
everyone that I encountered was professional and pleasant. While they were very busy, I did not feel rushed. The took the time to explain procedures carefully and answered all my questilons. Dr. Johar was very kind and his expertise appears superb.

Wait time
I waited over an hour past my scheduled visit. I had to ask twice if they forgot me. The first time, receptionist never checked ( after 20 min). Then, got an answer the 2nd time when I asked if I needed to reschedule. She "forgot" to see what was going on. (30 min later) Service was great. Dr.Chang apologetic. Quick and easy appointment, no pain

Professional, friendly, and quick
I went to the Clifton Park location, and it was amazing. They were very friendly, and professional, from the receptionists to the dentist. I had 2 wisdom teeth removed, and I was amazed at how fast the romoval was. This was the best dental experience I have ever had.
