Mayzie really let me down. I have multiple LLC's and partners and I will be the first to admit that accounting and taxes are not my forte. This is why I hired a bookkeeper and CPA to guide me. Now here I am a few years in and I have late filings, incorrect filings, incorrect and incomplete bookkeeping and a bunch of frustrated partners as this has cause everyone involved a ton of stress and hassles. Now after paying all this money and being in a giant mess I have hired a new CPA and it appears I am going to have to redo 3 years of taxes and correct two years of bookkeeping. Its a total nightmare.
