Friendly, professional and timely service!
I have been a patient here for almost three (3) years. I am so impressed with the professionalism of Dr. Pantano. She is smart and has the best bedside manner to go with it. Dentists were intimidating to me before because I had some bad experiences over the years with waiting to long, pain, and poor bedside manner. I have heard horror stories from people about their bad experiences with other dentists. I am so fortunate to have found this dental center! The Hygenist - Kenny, gets you relaxed by telling funny stories, complimenting your teeth (no matter how bad they are he will find something good to say about them). Or he talks about positive things - all while cleaning your teeth! It's over before you know it. Don't loose your teeth because of previous bad experiences. Try Audubon Dental Center before giving up on your teeth! You are worth it!

Worst Customer SERVICE EVER
DO NOT waste your hard earned money at this facility! They do not care about the health of your teeth! It is all about the money. Here is my experience... I had been visiting this location for almost two years and have spent a great deal of money, I went in for a routine cleaning when it was "suggested to me" that I get a deep cleaning because my gums were receding in a few spots. Mind you that the said suggested treatment would be around $1600 dollars. So I decided that my dental health was important and I would do the suggested treatment, one side was $600 which I did on the spot. Fast forward 4 months. I get a call from the dental office saying that it was time to complete the treatment, which I politely declined stating that I thought the procedure was over priced and it wasn't in my budget at the moment. I went on to say if it is time for my regular check up you can go ahead and schedule that. The person that called me went on to say that if I chose not to continue the treatment I could no longer utilize that dental office!!!!!! What the hell? So a treatment that is suggested to you becomes a medical necessity???? Even though they said insurance would not pay for it!!!! So you are telling me you are trying to ransom my dental health because you want my money!!!!!! I later spoke to the office "manager" Paul who stated because I had gum disease that they were required to complete the treatment. HOLD UP ONE DAM MINUTE.....Not once were the words gum disease EVER MENTION....EVER in the course of my visits!!!! Now your saying that I either pay $1000 to be treated or look elsewhere for treatment!!!!! I am utterly disgusted with this facility and there treatment of unsuspecting patients.
