emergency service during the corona virus
I have been there before, nice ,pleasant and caring. The office manager was the person of the year in my eyes. But she wasn't there today and in the middle of the corona virus syndrome I decide to loose a filling and accumulate a severe amount of pain. Here's the problem...…. How many of us are going to have extra money sitting around for tooth repair with no insurance and not the city, not the state, but world is on shut down. If I wasn't is pain and desperate Im not sure it would have mattered this much, because I'm a strong female MacGyver with other ways of solving problems. But today Money was for sure the determining factor. And when pleading for just a small cut...nope, so 700.00 was not and option. But the no compassionate attitude from the entrance to the chair and then on the way out was very prominent today. The dentist is nice. I will not be returning and hope that for and emergency situation you don't go there. So after I came home and researched I found a dentistry specially put together for patients during this epidemic and was taken right in for 450.00. Thank you. thank you.

Very Unprofessional and Unethical Office
This Office is a complete scam. Their goal is money over a patients welfare. I recently went in and they diagnosed two cavities as needing crowns. I went back to my regular dentist and he informed me that he could do simple composite fillings and a crown would be unnecessary for both teeth. The only problem I had with my regular dentist is that he was booked and had no appointments available. So I had made an appointment with Aura dental previously because my insurance was going to expire before my regular dentist could see me. So let me make this clear, I only made an appointment with this office because I had no other choice. Here is where it gets scandalous. After, I spoke to my regular dentist and his diagnosis of no crowns needed, I called back Aura dental and told them I would not need the crown done but I had other work scheduled that same day. Their new receptionist, which I refer to as Nurse Ratchet has the nerve to put me on hold and then comes back on line to tell me that because I’m not intending on doing the crown she is canceling my entire appointment and I would not be able to do the other work I had scheduled. Think about this and ask yourself what dysfunctional dentist office does this type of nonsense. The only single good thing about this office is the nice Indian girl hygienist. This office which is run by a grotesque gold digger driven manager, Loretta is the most corrupt, uncaring, unethical, unprofessional, and the un’s keep going indefinitely. If after reading this, you still decide to go to this office, may God be with you. Stay the hell away from this hell whole! I had to give it a one star because you cannot give it zero stars. My rating is - indefinite number.

Worst Service ever !!!
My crown pop up - went for simple 10min work with 3M ESPE DURELON POWDER CEMENT using my Dental Insurance ..........- NO WAY !!! ---- they make me 18 X-Ray pictures and the Manager (lady with negative vibe ) explain me the crown is too old ---and because my limit was $2000 and those 18 X-Ray pic all ready "suck" the limit of my Insurance I have to pay out of pocked additional $1,800 for new crown.- --- so total $3,700 for drop of cement !!!!..................so China guy ( who do NOT work with Aura Dental Insurance ) put one tiny 1/16gr of cement and charge me $87 fee and more than 2 yrs the crown is chewing tons of meat and bones .............and lastly I will not wasting my time for all this writing if today ( two yrs lately ) I receive a phone call from Aura Dental to remain me to use my UN-used Dental Benefit.---- so dear patients--ASK Questions before you sit on chair and open your mouth .

My concern is with the billing protocol, Loretta (office manager) takes what you told the dentist about what you want done and then she bills your insurance company for work that have't even been done. SHE IS SLICK, she will show you how much all of the work you want to accomplish over a course of months, (I thought) will cost you, she'll bring a printed copy of the estimated cost of your entire wish list then ask you if you want to pay it all now or spread the total of you bill interest free for 6 months. I chose the over 6 months plan unknowingly that by spreading the total cost of the work over 6 months, I will be contacted by an out of state company's credit card with a balance limit requesting monthly payments until the balance is zeroed out. Loretta didn't tell me to expect a bill or did I want a credit card reporting to my credit report without my permission. Law is you don't pay for work that has not been done, but I got stuck. I've learned a serious lesson, and I have to move on to a reputable dentist office that will not take advantage of patient's insurance. I do have to say, I will miss DR "B" , he is a very compassionate and gentle doctor.

Way happy with my first visit. But even happier with my second and third! My smile is back and no pain and everyone was so nice to me. I have told all my family about Dr B.

By far the most gentle dentist I've ever been to. Just had two teeth pulled and a root canal and crown and couldn't believee what a great appointment it was.
