Nothing left but hope...
I’d like to share our experience with this corporate dental office (Office Manager Sadiye Akturk) My spouse was a patient at this dental office and has had a zirconia crown placed on her two teeth in the beginning of current year. One of them has been hurting and bothering her since then, she suffers all the time, including when she has a meal and after, it’s even painful when she floss. Shouldn’t she eat, shouldn’t she drink, should't she floss and brush her teeth? - It is really questionable... After a multiple calls to the dental office we haven’t had an issue fixed. After she went to a Specialist office “ Endodontist ” for a consult, who suggested having a 3D scan taken to have a better picture of the tooth, and after reviewing it, he kindly suggested to get the crown replaced because of some openings between the crown and the tooth. We’ve talked to a dentist, who says that she needs to talk to a manager and its manager's decision whether replacing the crown with no charge or not. We've called Sadiye, the manager as well who says that needs to talk to a dentist first. They promised to call us back on Thursday to let us know about their final decision and haven't heard anything from them. Contacted them today and the receptionist told us that she spoke to Sadiye and she said that they are not going to replace that crown free of charge. We just want to have the issue fixed, but no one wants to help us since everything has been already paid, no one takes responsibility. And additionally they're asking us to pay again for the crown on the same tooth. We’re going to file a lawsuit against them and make a complaint to ADA in Chicago, IL and Washington, D.C. and other local authorities since this dental office doesn’t care about the health of its patients. We’re so disappointed. Hopefully, justice will be served one day since the rule of law is the main principle of the law-governed country. There is nothing left but hope...
