They have a beautiful selection of tiles and the sales people are great. However, we've had two setbacks with two different orders from ProSource. If you do choose to order with them, please triple check what is ordered for you. Wrong tile orders create headaches for homeowners and subcontractors. It's unfortunate, and I hope they have opportunities for improvement.

We are so happy that we found ProSource for our very first bathroom and bedroom renovation. The showroom was magnificent and the entire staff was so helpful guiding us through our selections for shower and flooring tile. Lucy helped in giving me a website with specialty painted Mexican tiles for our bathroom. Jason was our man of the hour as he gave us pointers for types of tile and measurement advice. The order was handled efficiently and Jason was always available for questions. We are so grateful for all the efforts and would highly recommend ProSource to friends and neighbors.

We were stressing not knowing what and ho to get the things we needed for our soon to be demolished bathroom and its remodel, if we acquired the thing we needed before the contractor got started. Mary was extremely helpful in guiding us thru the process and even made suggestions that we also liked. I could not be happier with my pro-source experience. I have done 2 jobs with them and was completely satisfied. Mary helped with the color selections and design for a bath I was doing and it came out spectacular. I had been searching for tumble stone tile and was running into a dead end - they found it for me and had it ready for pick up the following week. We are so grateful that we choose to use ProSource of Vero Beach! Lucia "Lucy" and the Owner Kathy were wonderful to work with. We live in Orlando and were remodeling a condo in Vero Beach. When the tile we ordered came in and the color didn't match (NOT their fault), Lucy and Kathy were on top of it! We were on a tight deadline with our renovation project and living in Orlando it was difficult for us to quickly choose a new tile. Thankfully, Lucy drove new tile samples to our office in Orlando and we chose a new tile and made our deadline. The entire staff at ProSource of Vero Beach went the extra mile for us. They made sure we were happy with the tile we selected and in the end the floors turned out AMAZING! They are true professionals! I would recommend them to everyone.
