Very happy that I had the work done
The bathtub in my townhouse was the original from 1972 and all the enamel had worn off and the grout was grungy. Bath fitter came in and did the measurements, I picked out the designs, and we discussed replacing the pipes with copper because the plumbing was so old. The project was done in a single day as advertised and I was very happy with the end result! The only slight mishap was a small hole punched in the wall, but they came back the next day and patched and painted it. I had the work done a little over 10 years ago, and everything is still great. I highly recommend bath fitter!

Extremely bad experience
I have been trying for over three months to get bathfitters to make good on its promise to repair the problems I am experiencing due to the extremely poor installation of my tub liner. They have never met a deadline or kept a promise. I have water draining from the rim of the tub onto the floor because the tub liner was not installed correctly. At this point I am demanding a full refund, and do not recommend that anyone use this company.

4 separate shower installations
In Aug 2017 we booked 4 shower installations, totalling over $23,000 that were supposed to be completed by Dec. It is now April & they have yet to complete the project! Between them not showing up when scheduled several times when we have taken time off work, the continued need to reschedule, wrong parts ordered by them, no one returning our calls, the voice mailbox being full, lying about why no one has showed up, several requests for copies of the invoices to be sent via email after our charge card was billed & being told they were sent @ least 4 times, but never receiving them, we r beyond frustrated, there's no word to describe it! Appalling customer service & basic knowledge.

Love my tub
I absolutely love my new tub. It was amazing to watch the whole process. What the technician did was truly a work of art. He was professional and friendly and worked very hard. And my tub looks beautiful!!
