do to a "miscommunication" from the sales consultant I have been left with a tub that's been installed floating an inch and a half above the ground with only sheetrock screws holding it in the air. also no drain or overflow hooked up. contact with the local office has brought no resolution or attempt to make thing rite.

Not completely satified
Joe the salesman that came to the house was good, patient and knowledgeable. Not completely satisfied with the install. We chose to install just the shower wall. The old caulk was not scraped off clean. We ordered a new drain kit which did not get installed, caught the installer before he left. He did have one in the van and came back in to install it. He left the house again and I checked the drain, only to find out he only did the bottom part and not the over flow piece. I caught him again before he left and asked about this. I was told our tub was older and it didn't fit and they do not make our size any longer. I wish he would have explained this to me before trying to leave before I noticed it. I probably would have chose not to purchase this part. The new faucet was loose and not tight to the wall. Call the office the next morning to have this tightened. Received a call back about both issues. We discussed the drain kit first, I asked for a partial refund. He said I probably paid $29.99. I told him I paid &50.00 which he seemed pretty surprised. Joe, salesman first quoted me $75.00 and then said he would give it to me for $50.00. Bath Fitters did refund a portion for the piece that was unable to use. The same day they sent someone back to address the faucet which is still not fixed to out satisfaction. I asked this employee what I could do to clean up the old caulk without ruining the new caulk. He gave a few suggestions and a new tube of bath fitter caulk in case we wrecked the new caulk.. The installer was to leave a survey card and warranty form with numbers so I could register the warranty. This was not left, call the office again and told this would be sent out. Never received after 2 weeks, called again a given a run around and said I didn't need it. Finally got the warranty without the numbers to register online. After this has been done I feel the discounts received were made up in up sales on other products purchased. So the obvious, no I would not recommend this company.
