We had a tub liner installed by Tanner. He did an excellent job of fitting it to our space and installing it in a timely manner. It was obvious he had done this many times and knew what he was doing. He answered all questions and was finished in about 3 1/2 hours. Tub looks great!

This was my first experience with Bath Fitter and I can sum it up with one word - AWESOME!! I wanted to convert a shower/tub combo to a walk-in shower. I dealt with 3 separate people (different parts of the process) and everyone of them treated me with professionalism and respect. Yes, they were Richard, Gina & Tanner. My consult with Richard went very smoothly and he was very easy to speak with during the consult and answered all my questions. They all were very patient in explaining every part of the process in terms I could easily understand and was open to any questions and concerns, I had regarding any part of the process. My scheduling with Gina went smoothly. We did have a timing conflict with part of the process and Gina was very understanding and willing to work around our conflict that was convenient for both of us. During the install process, Tanner was patient with me wanting to peek in from time to time to see how things were going, thanks Tanner. Tanner kept things tidy during the process (it could get messy at times) and was respectful of my environment. As for the product, well it looks fantastic! So much so that I don't want to use my shower now so it doesn't get dirty. LOL!!! Crazy obviously, but it really does look great and I love it!! This is also my first experience with this kind of product, so if lasts as long as Bath Fitter says with the right low-maintenance upkeep, it will be a thing of beauty for a very long time. With any renovation comes some nervousness as to how things will go. I was pleasantly surprised how well this experience went for me and truly appreciate the great customer service. I would recommend this crew without hesitation. Thank you Bath Fitter! If I had to give one criticism, it would be that their catalog/brochure is a bit confusing and doesn't do their products justice.
