Bad buisness
I know none of this will get put on here because it is going to be a bad review I would not do business with this honest people or crooked people my stove was stolen out of my house when I went on vacation and it was Beez appliances that came to pick it up I went to bees and they showed me in the book where it was picked up at my address and when I tried numerous times to contact the owner he refused to get back to me so finally when I turned it over to the police detective called Beez appliances and they denied everything They said that they never showed me in the book where they pick the stove up and yes they did and this is supposed to be on his place of business well if that’s the case and you know my stove was stolen and you got proof in your records that you picked it up if this was an honest business you should return my damn stove to me I’ll even be willing to pay the delivery fee it’s pretty hard to cook without a stove and I’ve been quite hungry lately cause the only thing I can uses a microwave you don’t have many choices of food to cook in the microwave therefore I would be aware of purchasing anything from Beez appliances because you never know the item you’re purchasing could be a stolen item P.S. I’ll bet you this place of business make sure that this review don’t even get posted

In response to the false accusation stated in a review by Mr. Dennis Bailey that Beez Appliances purchases stolen items, we stress that never has any items been purchased with the knowledge they were illegally gained. We have complied with law enforcement many times to recover and returned any items that was brought to our establishment that was substantiated did not belong to the seller. We require a valid license or state id card for all electronic purchases as a different to anyone who may bring items that could be obtained due to a burglary ect...We also have a system for our appliance purchases. (Larger items can not easily transported) that almost guarantees the seller is the resident of the home. That process is *the owner makes an appointment with resident to view the appliances for sale *owner goes to inspect items *owner sets up time to have items picked up for testing *2 delivery men pickup items at appointed time to be brought in for testing at store *up too several hours to test to make sure its in working order *owner calls seller to approve purchase *owner returns to resident home to finalize transaction or seller stops in the store to receive payment Depending on the time of day, this process may not be completed in the same day and can take up too a couple of days. Most burglars aren't going to stay around the home for that process, we can assume that who's there resides there. If a tenant sell the landlord's property we make every attempt when notified at a reasonable time to recover their property. But landlords must understand when they surrender a key to their property the weight of that trust falls between them and the tenant .We can only assume that its the persons property who resides. We would be out of business if we were unable to make purchases from peoples homes. But we have in the past returned landlords property, sometimes at our loss, other landlords have returned our purchase price and went after the tenant through the courts or their security deposits. Were a small business and would find it financially difficult to accept those losses so we try very diligently not to get into any questionable transactions. In regards to this gentleman with this review, the police contacted us and we did not recall this transaction, but we do hundreds per month. The landlord came in and couldn't identify his stated appliance in our inventory. If he would have, we would figure out the situation and came to a amicable solution, or if he had located his property on our premises he would have stayed and called the authorities who would have showed up to make a report and/or claim his property. Mr. Bailey stated that his resident went into a drug rehab afterwards. There is no proof that we were ever involved except by this person whom obviously had other issues he was dealing with. We've spoken to a detective at length and hopefully since we've not heard anything, hes come to the conclusion that theres no issue regarding us. We can only conclude that Mr. Bailey's issue should not be directed at us but with his tenant. We work very hard to have great relationship with the local community fulfilling a need to the best of our ability. We don't feel that we deserve to have our hard earned reputation tarnished by unsubstantiated and false claims.

Not honest
They say they strive for customer satisfaction and is an honest business owner I still highly 100% disagree with that they are not honest people out all my experience with them is that they have my stove that was stolen out of my house and refused to get back to me on it and say they don’t have it I was in the store I saw the damn stove and I match the serial number up with it but yet they lie about it they have the record showing that it was picked up and when the police contacted them they claim there was never no such records showed I would not recommend a crooked business for all you know The item your buying could be stolen and therefore you would be charged with receiving stolen property I won’t buy shit from Beez appliances if they was such a honest business they would at least help me get my stove back knowing it was stolen

High Quality Experience
I had written a review back in 2016 about Beez Appliances and from the date I had written this review a couple months latter the owner himself replaced and delivered the freezer and graciously extended my warranty..and he personalty delivered it and installed it..he took it very seriously and for that I am very thankful..I would recommend it to anyone..

Nothing to complain about
I purchased a washer about 6 years ago. It ran perfectly for 5 years. Not bad for a used machine. Now I need a faucet connector and I will soon go Bee's to see if they have it and my oven won't work on my 30 yr old stove so I will see what they have. I am sorry that some of you lost food in your freezer and refrigerator. This is why I have renters insurance. You would be surprised how inexpensive it is. Good luck.

Not worth calling
One of the worst experiences ever buying a used appliance. They say their warranty is worth it butt I took back a fridge 3 times they said it was fine and still the compressor blew out and lost $300 and food. Beware everyone if you do not live directly around them your warranty is null and void.

We strive to make sure that our warranty is honored despite how far or close you live to us. We make it an effort to point out that if you are outside our normal area of how things will work for your warranty. It's our understanding that yes you have brought in the fridge to be serviced before and each time it was for something different. In that statement is that not our responsibility under the warranty? Aren't we supposed to make sure this is the right thing to do when we offer this 6month warranty on our appliances? Again we apologize that this has occurred and it's unfortunate that you didn't give us the chance to correct this under our warranty policy. BAD EXPERIENCE
I had purchased a stove and a refrigerator in May 2016 and they were working fine..so i purchased an upright freezer on June 2, 2016 and on July 2, 2016 it stopped working..i had 6 month warranty but it being that it happened Saturday night and a holiday weekend..i lost everything that i had in the freezer over $200.00 in meat etc..i called them on Tuesday and spoke to Robert (owner) and he tells me that they don't service my area..i live in Dunkirk NY..that i would have to bring it back to the store so they could see if they could repair it..I told him I wasn't that when i purchased any of my appliances..i just was told that they didn't delivery to Dunkirk NY nothing else..so i had to pay someone $80.00 to bring my appliances 2 different times...so in order to get my freezer looked at i would have to pay again $80.00 to take it to the store..he told me that they tell everyone the same thing that they don't service out of town..so unless i brought the freezer back to the store he could not help me..i am so disappointed and angry because if i were told this i wouldn't have purchased anything..because whats the use of having warranty if i have to take it to the store..for that i would have purchased something online...or closer to wear i live..now i lost $200.00 worth of food and $240.00 i paid for the freezer..

It is very unfortunate that it had to resort to this. We here at Beez take our Warranty very seriously, it is what separates us from the rest of the business' around our area. We are willing to honor the warranty as we stressed at the point of purchase. Explained at the time was in fact how we do things here for persons from out of town. With your distance we always let the customer know that they would be tasked with bringing in the appliance but we wouldn't charge for it being under warranty. The fact that you have lost so much in meat and things is saddening but posted very clearly is how we don't cover the loss of food in any appliance should something were to go wrong. With that being said we also asked if we could deliver for a little more of a delivery charge based on the fact that you are located outside our Area and you stated that you would pay someone else to pick up from us and deliver. those are things that are at any fault to us. We understand that good customer service is a big thing in todays times but if we aren't normally delivering to your area it is also stated and implied that we wouldn't be able to service out there either. Whether this is just a miss understanding or not explained properly is another thing. We still stand by our warranty and how we operate here at Beez. Should you be able to bring it in at anytime within your 6Month warranty to be serviced please give us a call. The number and address is on your purchase receipt. -Beez Appliances
