High quality service and trustworthy people
Living in Europe, I bought a condo in Florida (USA). Fred Benoit was the one who helped with the initial purchase and with the actual sale of the condo. Everything was done over the phone and email so I never had to go to the US. Fred provided professional advise throughout both transactions and also at many other points in between. In addition to that, Travis from Benoit Properties and team managed the condo and made sure it was rented out all the time. The management reporting, I could access at any point in time was second to none. Payments were always done on time. If there were issues, these were always communicated to me with options to resolve them. All these services were provided from day one and without never meeting them in person. They both made sure there was a lot of trust from the beginning till the very end. Which is very important being a foreign investor. Highly recommendable.

Jesse has the worst customer service skills. Deosn't introduce her self when calling, your just supposed to know what the call is about, no hi how are you nonthing. She acts like your being rude while cutting you off mid sentence then saying you just don't understand and hanging up. It's really unacceptable. Don't rent from them!

Kathryn, you have actually spoken to three different employees in our office and all three confirmed that you are extremely rude and impossible to satisfy. I personally had the displeasure of listening to your phone call yesterday when you spoke with Jesse. Not at any time did she raise her voice or argue with you. You simply did not like what she had to say, especially when she informed you that half your July rent would not be waived or credited back to you. The owner of your condo just spent $2600+ installing a brand new AC system and then the condo association placed new insulation in your attic. Your husband reported to us over a week ago that the new AC and insulation are working great. Now here you are still complaining long after the fact and wanting further compensation? Your husband has been polite and a pleasure to deal with every time he contacted our office. Unfortunately when you call it is the polar opposite and it's pretty clear where the problem lies. We did not create any issues between you and your husband, we simply asked that he contact our office for any questions or repair needs since you are virtually impossible to deal with. It is evident you are a very unhappy person and I doubt this is the first time you have been told this. They worked with me when I was late and helped me to get back on track had no issues for the past 3.5 years been dealing with them where very professional with me and and friendly even when I messaged up called me personally when I was late and broke downbeat the payment to help me catch up. Good people FOR again FOR good people.

No Major Isusse
I truly enjoy renting from Benoit. Great set of people and prompt service always. It’s a simple relationship, very “black or white”. I communicate and do my part and they have always done theirs. They have a business to run and maintain, and they do it well. I have never seen or heard this company go out of their way to make things hard for tenants. I appreciate their hard work and what they do!

The staff is VERY unprofessional. Especially Jesse and Alicia. I have also complained multiple times about the consistency of roaches in my apartment. I wouldn't recommend renting through them.

Poor Customer Service
Jesse has very poor customer service. She seems to enjoy arguing.
