Discrimination with people that don't speak ENGLISH
My sister went there with my nephew and because she did not know English they wanted to rescheduled they stuff was event worst rude. The Dr.was took for ever to get to then...THIS IS WAY YOU SHOULD HIRE BILINGUAL PEOPLE ..And that staff need to be educated on how to tried SPANISH PEOPLE.

unprofessional and poor customer service
My child was scheduled for an appointment that should have taken 40 minutes. We arrived on time and were not taken back to the room until 40 minutes after the appointment time. Dr.Berry comes in the room and offers no apology for keeping us waiting. The assistant was someone I've never seen before but seemed unsure of herself whenever the doctor left the room. WE WERE THERE FOR I HOUR AND 20 MINUTES ! Also while waiting for my appointment I was told that I had a copay. My paperwork that I signed prior to the appointment says $0 due. When asked why, I was given a nonchalant "This is what the doctor says you have to pay". No apology given at all. However if you come to the office without being able to pay they will cancel your appointment. This is NOT the place if you looking for a warm and friendly office. I would advise you to do your research before coming to this office.

Dr. Jones and her assistant Whitney are both awesome! I loved the way they interacted with my daughter who had a cavity filled today. Made her feel at ease. I will tell everyone I know about the friendly staff Berry Children's Dental.
