Ken Birdwell was straight forward and accurate about scheduling, cost of different types of installs. His son and helper, T.J. and Jamie did a fabulous job of installing a mini split that I purchased online. Line set and cover look very good on back of my home. All work clean and neat and accurate. I see the Birdwell's company as being very professional and very fairly priced compared to other operators. I especially liked the opportunity to choose a basic install or a high end install. No one else offered a choice. I will gladly hire the Birdwell Heating and Cooling business to do any future work I need done. Thanks to you all. Much appreciated quality of service.
