Wasting my time
I made the decision a month ago to get invisaline braces. The whole cost of this is very expensive. I was told it was going to be 3-4 weeks. We finally got the call from the office that they were in a month later. Turns out they were not in. In fact they had not even been ordered. They had me take time out of my busy schedule to come down and answer a question about having a tooth removed to make it happen. Something that should have been asked weeks ago. So now here we are over a month later and I am going to have payments on the dumb things before I even have them. Not a happy customer, in fact probably just going to cancel the whole thing.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry we have not met your expectations thus far. We miscommunicated the purpose of your last appointment and sincerely apologize for that. We wanted to be sure that we were on the same page regarding extracting your tooth and felt an in person discussion was appropriate. The process of developing Invisalign ® treatment can take several weeks and we took extra time with yours to make sure we give you the best result possible. We contacted you right as we determined that extraction was the best course of treatment. We want to reassure you that though this process has taken longer than expected, we are expediting it as fast as we can and are expecting your trays to be delivered tomorrow, 06.19.2018. Upon arrival we will call you and get you in to have them delivered to you, even without the extraction done. We will also have a copy of the letter, (one has already been mailed to your general dentist) that you can have in your possession so it can be taken care of. Candace will be the assistant that is aware of your case and will take care of the delivery of your first aligners and get this going for you. Please know again that your case is unique and we want you to be satisfied and happy with the overall result when we are finished. We will also have something for you when you come in for your the inconvenience of your last visit. We look forward to see you very soon.
