Horrible Communication and customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service and communication with possible future tenants. We have excellent credit and earn enough for a rental property. We spent $110 for both adults to put an application in. I called at least 4 or 5 times, as well as another local agent and my spouse called- leaving messages for an update on if they even processed our applications. I finally got someone to answer my call about 10 days later, long enough for her to say they were waiting on the client to let them know if our move in date was acceptable. I asked her ( Tina) if I would have an opportunity to change move in if that was an issue and if I would be called with updates. She stated it was a possibility and she would call to keep me posted. LITERALLY the very next morning I got an email stating the owner went with the person that could move in earlier. NOW...let me state it isn't that we didn't get the property, it is the simple fact NOBODY was willing to communicate any of the process to us. $110 for a hard hit on my credit and no input whatsoever. GET THIS...all the while the listing was still up and people were still able to put their applications in on the property at $55 a pop. Owners, I would highly suggest you choose a place better than this to get your property rented. I own a home in another state...so I understand the need for great tenants and upkeep of your property....just know, if this is how the decent future renters get treated by the place that is supposed to rent your property, I hate to think how your actual property is kept in check by them. Yes, I finally got a call from the owner leaving a message of what processes had taken place after leaving yet another two messages to let him know how horrible they had been at communicating. I hate to think how many people have put their money into this place on properties that have been rented out but not updated in their system. I appreciate learning the ropes quickly so I know not to waste time or money when I purchase next year.

Terrible people and business
Took over 5 calls and two emails and finally got through to the person's secretary and didn't even have the decency to tell me themselves that I couldn't get the house and the lady on the house could not even tell me why?!?!! Do not ever rent from these people!!!
