Horrible customer service, did not show up when scheduled, did crappy work
If I could give them a negative rating, I would. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND Britannia TO ANYONE. First off, we chose them because they worked with our insurance company, and we thought that would make things easier. WRONG. I had to keep calling them to get them to show up. Many times they would say they were coming to the house, I would take off of work, and they would never show up. They did subpar work and had to come back several times just to finish the drywall properly! They hired a tile installer who did such a horrible job that they took 40% off of the price. Then that same tile installer shows up at my house at 8:30am months after the work was done telling us Britannia did not pay him and he will put a lien on our house if we do not pay him. A job that should have taken a month or so took 6 months, and tons of wasted time and energy because Britannia is so disorganized. Then Britannia sends us the bill and charges us for things they did not even do, $4000 worth of things they did not do!!! If you value your time & want quality work done, do NOT hire Britannia, even if your insurance company recommends them.
