This year, my best decision to date has been to go with Burk's for my heating and cooling solution! Dario and his team were committed to keeping their word by being punctual and tenacious in getting the installation of a replacement heating unit done by the agreed upon time. Dario also followed up with a visit to make sure everything was operable and to gauge my satisfaction. I asked that Burk's be added as primary repair contact to my condo's management company.
