I have no problem with the quality of work done on my daughter. She needed a few teeth pulled, and this was done, although it was quite expensive. What I will complain about is Darla, from the business office. She is extremely rude, and talked down to me as though I was wasting her time. I needed a detailed receipt, and gave up trying after 3 attempts to receive it. The first receipt they sent was for my other daughter, although I specifically told them who I needed it for. Simple mistake... the second time I called she harassed me about already sending the first, and then after I told her it was my other daughters receipt that I needed, she complained because I had received a receipt. I explained that as required by my health savings account, it needed to be detailed, but she tried to argue this with me as well, wasting my time, and her time. After 3 weeks, and still no receipt, I called back. She argued with me again, because apparently it had been sent. The fourth time, I sent my husband to the clinic to pick the receipt up in person. That was this morning. We shall see how it goes for him.
