I did not have a good feeling. Things did not add up.
I would like to agree with the review I read written by Kristen. This place is not a family friendly dentist. I would not recommend it to anyone. First, as Kristen also mentioned, they wouldn’t let me go back for what they said would just be X-rays. This is really odd to me because every other dentist we’ve ever been to has always allowed me back with him. Then, they let me sit there and sit there for quite awhile. When they finally let me back with him, I find that they have already done the exam. My son has adhd and gets anxiety about these things which they were fully aware of so y would they not allow the security and comfort of his mother being present? Second, the dentist who examined him was not someone who is good with children. I could not care less for his manner. Last but most certainly not least, he begins to inform me that my son has numerous cavities and other dental issues. This was our first visit to this establishment and we went there because and only because we were referred there by our regular dentist to do one service on one tooth and one tooth only. He was seen by our regular dentist only two weeks prior. That dentist informed me after the exam and X-rays that he had two, two issues. Including the reason we were there today, and one other cavity, which is scheduled to be filled next week. The dentist at Children’s Dental Health today, then recommended I take him to an OR. An operating room, a facility of theirs where they do oral surgeries. Claiming it’s for my sons comfort that he be put fully asleep under General anesthesia and all of these issues can be fixed. As a mother I had a lot of things running through my mind at this point. Compassion for my son, questions of why is this dentist telling me one thing, when I was just told something very different only two weeks prior. Did the first dentist not do a good job? Was he not competent? Is this dentist only trying to make the other one look bad? So how many cavities does my son have for real? Would they really drill into my sons teeth that are fine and actually have no cavities? I only sought their help for one tooth. One tooth. I never asked for their opinion or an exam to be done or any of that. Also, I really didn’t like how they implied they would continue to be our regular dentist. We were there on a referral. Not seeking a new dentist. I’m very happy with our current dentist. My first experience here was not a good one. I don’t have a good feeling about this place. They will not be doing anything for my son, and I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND CHILDREN’S DENTAL HEALTH AS A GOOD DENTIST FOR KIDS or anyone for that matter.

Staff very noisy
This place is a hit or miss...today the staff were to busy talking to each other and not the parents we could not even hear the movie playing or them calling my children's name. The yelling laughing and garage they talk lol very unprofessional

I take both of my daughters to Children's Dental Health. They love it and I'd definitly have to agree. The staff is friendly. The office is clean and inviting. They talk to my daughters like they really care what they have to say. They are thorough when talking to me about the care they provide. I've never had to wait more than 5 min for there appt. The office staff is great with getting you set up for appointments and school notes for school. I love the fact that my girls love the dentist and have never been affraid to go! Highly recommend this dentist for your children!

Not a family friendly office.
Each time I have taken my children to this office the staff try to take my children (4 and 7) back for cleanings as well as undergoing anesthesia for cavity treatment without me. Stating it is a HIPPA concern to have parents in the back. I have had to talk with staff each visit about wanting to stay with them during their dental care appointments, and have received unwelcomed interactions each time. The dentists have all worked well with my children otherwise, but my concern is why they do not want parents present.

Wonderful Experience
This was my daughter's first dentist appointment ever. She is just 2 years old and the staff were awesome with her. She did not cry one time and she left actually loving the dentist! She's excited for her next trip to the dentist!

Amazing staff
I took my four kids all on the same day! Of course I thought this is going to be a disaster and we are going to be here forever... nope everything went so smooth. The staff was super accommodating and had all my kids in and out within an hour!!! Everyone was so nice and even my youngest that has a horrible fear of the dentist had no issue what so ever!!

Always Great
The care and concern shown towards my child is second to none. Never knew a kid that enjoys his dental visits, but he does !
