Amazing Place to burn calories
I've been to CKO about just one and half month for my postpartum workout. I come about three times per week, now I can fit into my clothes before. CKO not only help me lose weight, but also improve my whole body condition and strength. I could only only do about 40 minutes on elliptical before, now I can do more than one hour even with faster speed. It's an amazing place to workout and burn calories. I'm the person who get bored easily; working alone in the gym is too boring for me. In CKO, there are energetic trainers to lead me, so I have motivation to push myself. Also, the price is pretty fair. With monthly membership, you can come once a week or everyday. There's just a few things you guys can improve. First, maybe add 7,8,9pm class on Friday. I always come to 5 or 6pm class after work on workdays. But on Friday, people may come after dinner. Second, add one more drinking fountain. sometime people will squeeze in that corner. Besides these two, CKO is really perfect. I highly recommend this place!

You doing good but need some improvements.
Hi guys. I like you and I am doing cko almost a year. A lot of people wrote here good reviews and i agree with them . But i think you need to know what is not really good. I mean i think you want to know what you can improve not just how good you are. So ... 1. During training not enough air in the room . Ac working very slow or not working at all . Guys it is really problem because a lot of people and not enough air for breathing . I would not complaint but it is true. According to NJ Health department it is not acceptable conditions when so much people in the room with no good ventilation. People sweated not because of training but because no fresh air . Esspecially 7 pm and 8 pm class. 2. There are some holes in the foundation under the rubber cover on the floor. When everybody running around the classroom there is high possibility to sprain a foot. I did it one day and i had a pain in the foot for a week . It is easy and cheap fix . 3. No showers. I understand that room is not really big. And you have to find balance between rent price and profit but guys your business is groving you have more and more people who became a member so you have to think about things like that. 4. 7pm class. it is really a lot of people. Сrowd of people. Not convenient at all. People are standing close to each other. Cant hit the bag because you feel that you can hit you neigbor. 5. Friday . Why there is no classes 7 pm 8 pm 9 pm ? I undersatnd that weekend is coming but there are a lot of people who want this time spend in CKO. Besides this i like to come to CKO. Trainers very nice and doing job very well. But if you think about became bigger you need to pay attention for things which i described. Dont take personal what i wrote. I just want to help you became better. CKO is the best total body workout! Check it out!
I initially tried CKO as a trial and enjoyed every minute of it! It is a total body workout that brings results. I recommend this to all levels from beginner to expert- they cover all bases. The trainers are excellent and take time to teach you the boxing form. Highly recommend CKO and encourage all to try a trial class package- you will love it! See you at CKO!

Love this place
The most important part of this gym experience for me is the instructors that you hire. The instructors make this is experience fun and exciting, they are their to pump you up and motivate and we need it especially after a long day at work. All instructors are amazing, fun, and have the passion for this sport. One item I would recommend for this gym is to add an 8pm class on Friday afternoon and a few classes on Saturday afternoon pass 6pm. Other then this i love this place.

All-around amazing gym!
Everything about this gym is superb, from the front desk staff, the trainers, the gym (its clean/ well organized) the workout itself and much more. From the moment you enter the gym you are greeted with friendly faces, the trainers are exceptional and unique (all of their workouts are different in their own way- for example Brian loves Burpees!!! and Kristian and Charlie use their long-time taekwondo, martial arts and boxing skills to teach you proper technique). If you are serious about getting into shape, loosing weight or even letting out aggression (punching and kicking a heavy bag is great therapy) - CKO kickboxing is for you. Its appropriate for all fitness levels and ages. I have been working out there for almost 1 year now and my daughter takes the kids classes. Not only do I feel like both my daughter and I are fit and strong, but also that we could defend ourselves if necessary- we both throw a mean upper cut :) There is not one negative thing I can say about this gym. Sign up now! I know you will be hooked by taking just 1 class and you will not regret it!

Very effective workout
I started CKO almost 8-9 months back. Have been regular (~3 times a week) and it has paid off. When I started, I was 159 lbs and now I'm 142 lbs (17 lbs may not sound too much but I wasn't heavy when I started. Cko helped me get a tight core, reduce any fat from unwanted areas like obliques and increase stamina 10x). All their instructors are amazing - Charlie, Brian, Kristian, John etc. Try it and I'm sure you'll love it.
