I have the problem fix alot dealership, bad he give bad diagnostic and no honest on the amount if freon he use. He said mt truck use 14 lbs of frwin and only use 4 he cgarge me 10 lbs extra. Stay away.

Mr. Romero, I apologize for the issue that your having, however, there isn't a vehicle on the road that takes that much Freon, even with the size of an 18 wheeler, like yours. However, what I would like to point out is that I am looking at your invoice, in which I gave a copy of to you. On that Invoice, the R134A line shows 66.08, and I do apologize for the confusion, but the 66.08 is how many ounces your truck takes, which is exactly 4.13 pounds. I'm not really sure where the 14 pounds came in. There must have been a misunderstanding or miscommunication, and for that I apologize. After speaking with you on the phone, you stated that you took the truck back to the dealership and they found another issue with the AC system. I stated to you that we would put dye in the system, which is on the invoice as well. I specifically did this, in the event there would ever be another problem with the freightliner, or if there were any other leaks, we would be able to detect them at a later time. Diagnosing an AC leak problem is a one-step at a time process, and we also told you that if the AC began to have problems again, to please come back and we would have to keep following the dye deeper into the AC system. Again, I apologize for any misunderstanding there was, and if you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to give me a call or come by the shop. Professional and friendly!
The guys were great! They were professional about everything! Being a girl, I don't usually think to check all of my fluids in my car, but they checked them for me when they finished my oil change. They even looked at my brakes for me to see if I would need them changed anytime soon. I would definitely recommend them to everybody!
