Dr. Chou is very professional and friendly.
My experience was very good. Dr. Chou is very professional. She didn’t use anesthetics so that I could feel the contour of the filling better. I never felt any discomfort or pain. When she was finished and I saw the results of her work, I thought what a true artist she is at her craft. 100% satisfied which the results.

Disappointed
I arrived to my appointment a few minutes early. I signed my name to the list and was the first patient there. I waited 9 minutes while I heard 2 ladies having a personal conversation. Another patient came in and was called to get her teeth cleaned while I continued to wait. I believe my person was eating breakfast because I could smell the food cooking in the microwave. I received a phone all from my job. I answered the phone, placed them on hold and walked to the back of the dental office to let someone know I had to take the call. I said “hello” several times but didn’t get an answer. I walked out into the hallway and took the call since no one from your practice answered me nor was visible. I came back in, my hygienist was sitting at the receptionist station and said she thought I left. When I told her what happened, she acted nonchalant and as if she was not sure if she was going to be able to clean my teeth because I was, now late. I expressed my concern since I waited for her to have a personal conversation and then, eat. She saw me but, rushed. She did not do a thorough cleaning and because she was rushing, the experience was a bit painful. My gums were sore throughout the procedure and into the next day. This has never happened before. I expressed my concern to the dentist when she checked my teeth. She was apologetic but, I was not happy. I have been coming to this office for years and have recommended you all to my family and friends. 6 of my referrals come there, now. This past year, I have had 2 bad experiences. I am not sure what’s happening with the customer service but, I hope it gets better or I will have to find a new dentist and ask my family and friends to do the same.

My visit was excellent as always. I look forward to my dental cleaning to help keep healthy teeth and gum. Thank you for professional and quality service from the front office to the chair. Awesome!

Professional, Friendly, and Courteous
Although this has only been my third visit with this dental group, I am very pleased. The dentists and technicians have been kind and efficient. They have also been receptive to my questions and concerns. I appreciate the care they have given me so far.
