I am placing this review as I know online reviews can carry a lot of importance on communicating how well something turned out or how poor. This review is a perfect example on a business and contractor who does excellent work with attention to detail. Kevin and his entire team did an excellent job on our covered porch and replacing trim on the perimeter of our house. They worked very hard each day, cleaned up the job site each day, were extremely polite and patient explaining what they were doing and answering questions we had. I can't recommend them enough and we will be using them for future projects. It is very hard to find people who you can trust to do a good job and do it right, and CNS exceeds expectations.

ABSOULTELY SATISIFIED in Xenia, Ohio! I contracted with CNS Building & Remodeling to build me a patio cover (see their website for a picture) and I was completely amazed at how well it turned out. I wanted something that looked like it was built at the time my house was built and something that blended in well with the exterior of my house along with the extended sun room. The results far exceeded what I expected with slopes and perfectly matched siding. Kevin (the builder) answered all of my questions along the way and more importantly, he finished the project with required inspections within a week. The cost was also great; I obtained two previous quotes from different builders and CNS' quote was by far lower than either of the previous quotes. I would highly recommend CNS to anyone considering an upcoming building project and I'm definitely going to hold onto their information for any future projects I want done.
