Great staff
My first time here. Dr Danial Taylor worked on my lower back and neck. I came in with pain and left with none. Not much more to say.

I have been a patent with “the father” since 3-2018. I have to say he is amazing my first visit to my last 7-2019. He is the only doctor that gave me honesty and hope! No other doctor wether it was surgeon or pain doc or family physician. No one believed I was experiencing pain in my back after a fracture and I was depressed and sad and ready to give up on myself. I can’t work I’m a single women living alone it’s been sad but this doc looks me in the eye and he believes my pain is real! He has know idea how much it helps to know someone believes me! Thanks doc

In response to Gary T's "one star". They informed you that you were responsible for your exam fee before you were seen and you decided to go online to write a negative review? You must be new to the area but most chiropractors around here will give you a free exam and then will sign you up for thousands of dollars for treatment plans. You were explained all of this and were given the opportunity to stay or leave. You clearly lack the intellect of conducting good business. Good day sir!

The one star rating is for how they conduct their business, not for treatment services. I read the internet site about insurances accepted, not until I visited the office that a sign was posted that said Medicare will not pay for exams, X-ray or physical therapy. My thought was that since they had access to my X-rays, pt, ct & mri scans an exam should not be necessary. Once in the exam room the office manager explained all patients must get an exam that out-of-pocket cost would be over $200 I declined and left.
Response from Compton Chiropractic Care LLC
Mr. Tomey, We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the explanation provided to you during your time in our facility regarding the guidelines established by Medicare for chiropractic services. Our mission is to deliver high quality chiropractic services. In addition, we ensure our patients are fully aware of the associated fees allowable by their respective insurance policy before services are rendered. Chiropractic care has specific documentation requirements and the participating status of the provider is irrelevant to those documentation requirements. However, our physicians DO participate with Medicare and as a result, when a Medicare patient seeks to establish care in our facility, we cannot simply "opt" out of Medicare. Unlike other medical services, Medicare does not cap the number of spinal manipulations a patient may have in a calendar year, they simply require chiropractic physicians to establish an acute and active treatment plan based on medical necessity. These requirements are performed by all physicians, DC's (chiropractors), MD's, DO's, etc. during the initial examination process and throughout the patients treatment plan with the difference being Medicare reimburses other physicians for these services; they do not reimburse DC's for these services. Regardless of whether or not an X-ray is conducted, our physicians are required by law to conduct their own medical evaluation for each every individual patient that seeks to establish care. Unfortunately, Medicare does not cover any service other than the spinal manipulation in a chiropractic setting and those fees are considered patient responsibility. In some circumstances, patients will have a supplemental insurance to Medicare that will cover those Medicare non-covered services. Again, we apologize for any confusion surrounding the policies we adhere to established by Medicare for chiropractic services and hope you understand we have a legal obligation to uphold those policies. For more information you may reference the specific details regarding documentation requirements are in the “Medicare Benefit Policy Manual” (Chapter 15, Sections 30.5 and 240) at Guidance/Manuals/Downloads/bp102c15.pdf on the CMS website. Sincerely, Compton Chiropractic Care

Professional, efficient back care
I hurt my back and contacted Compton Chiropractic. They got me in immediately as I could not walk or get up or down out of a chair. Dr. Jeffrey Eyerly is a new addition to the staff and I could not be more pleased. Within two visits, I was able to get out of a chair by myself and on the third visit, I was out of pain and only had slight discomfort which dissipated with heat. Thanks Dr. Eyerly! Jeanene
