I payed 400 for this guy to fix my apple laptop in August (it is now November 30th). He told me it should be done in about a few weeks and that he was going to call soon. A month and a half went by and he never called. When I called him to see what was taking so long, he was nasty and said another week or so. Three weeks later he calls me around 3pm and told me to bring him my charger because he has the apple guy. He should have gave me a notice. I was not dropping everything just to bring him my charger, I was busy. Two months go by, I totally forgot about the laptop. I went into his store, he said he put a new screen on but some button was not working. He then said if he could not fix it he would sell it on ebay and give me my money back. Another month went by and he called me to tell me he had sold it on ebay. He said he would give me 300 back instead of the original 400 because of his fees! You own a business! Be professional! Do not tell me you will fix my comuter and it will be done in a few weeks but then sell it on Ebay months later just to give me some of my money back! I wish I just payed more for Apple to do. Do not use this service!

In my defense, I did in fact give her back the full $400 that she left as a deposit for the price of the LCD screen assembly. It was almost a month before I got the screen delivered. When I replaced the screen the laptop would not start up. My Apple tech guy finished the work, but we did not have the special charger for the laptop. I called the owner and asked for the charger. I do not think I was nasty with her, just maybe a little annoyed, since I was paying my tech to be sitting around. Turns out that even with the charger, the laptop would not start. When I got the laptop it had stains all over it and as a matter of fact the owner asked me to please clean it up. When I mentioned this to the tech he notice that a few keys were stuck in the down position. Basically the laptop was pretty useless since this would mean a lot more money to fix it. Yes it did take some time to get to these conclusions, and that's what I feel I am responsible for. All in all I lost around $150 on this job.

Do not use this service.
I was informed it would only take a few days when I dropped off my pc on Monday. I finally had to call on Thursday when I never heard from him. I had been taking this pc to the same computer store for years when I would have a problem, it never cost more than $100 to fix. I have since moved so to drive that far seemed ludicrous (at the time) to get my pc fixed again (until I brought it to this business). When I called I was told I had too much information on my pc to move and he had to take it all off and reinstall the program and then remove the virus(s ) and all this would cost $180 And it's cash only. And i got off easy because staples would charge twice as much. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? 1. Why didn't you call 1st and ask if it was ok to do a job that cost that much? I've been waiting 4 days for your phone call. 2. Why didn't you tell me it's cash only?? Especially for $180? 3. Why are you comparing yourself to staples? I would NEVER go to staples. I go to a professional computer store that fixes it for less than half EVERY time. Staples is a rip off. EVERYONE knows not to go to staples. That's why I DON'T go to staples. This was terribly bad business. This man is basucally a thief. I woukd never have agreed to fix this pc at this price.

Have gone a few times and always have been satisfied with the results I recommend going there when you have trouble with your computer Nice person to talk to about the problem you are having with your computer
