Don’t bother going during the pandemic. There’s nothing relaxing about it. You have to ask for a robe. They didn’t offer the steam room. They tried to force me to sit in the lobby. I had a hot stone and had oil massage booked. I mean, give me a robe lol. My massage therapist was also extremely rough. I feel worse leaving. My body is in pain. I specifically told her I’m tender headed and I don’t like rough massages. Covid sucks. Stay home.

The staff were professional, friendly, and courteous.
Lattrice made me feel at ease and comfortable. I got the massage medley. It was wonderful. I'm going back for my birthday treat. Everyone deserves a great massage, aromatherapy, and facial. I felt like a new woman.

I was very pleased with my European facial given to me by Shuli. She is not only professional but also very gentle and pleasant. The front desk staff was also very polite and made me felt welcome. In all I had a delightful experience. Thank you!

Relaxation translates Contour day spa
We just left contour day spa me, my sister and my cousins. spent nearly 3 hours receiving manicures and pedicures. We had a great time they have a huge selection of nail polishes dip polishes as well as shellac polishes. Caffe where we enjoyed a lunch before our spa services. Recommend this place

WHAT A JOKE!!
Never have I experienced such incompetence! I am required to pick a star but I would prefer to give lots of negative ones. My husband recently started traveling for work so I only get to see him every two weeks for a total of 4 days at a time. I wanted to something special for him and scheduled 80 minute couples massage at 11 am, on April 27th. I received a text message on April 26th confirming our appointment the following day at 3pm??!! I immediately called and the s*%! show began.. Robert the manager attempted to correct the screw up but was unable to do so and never called me to let me know that they were unable to rearrange. I let it go that weekend. The following Monday/Tuesday I reached out to Robert directly. I had to leave several messages, the last message I left was slightly snarky for the fact he had not returned my calls for 2 days. Robert finally called after my snarky message. I specifically told Robert that I wanted him to schedule our massage appointment so there would be NO mistakes. He scheduled our 80 minute couple massage for May 11th at 11 am with salt therapy to follow, free of charge, for the prior scheduling mistake. We walked in at 10:30 am on May 11th, tried to check in and the gentleman behind the counter had a look of horror on his face. He looked at us and said he would be right back. 10 minutes later he finally came back and started with “I’m so sorry but your appointment was scheduled for June 11th”. Let’s just say my temper was through the roof. He said Robert will be right with us. 20 minutes later still no Robert. I went to the counter again asked if the guy with the blonde ponytail was Robert and he confirmed it was him. I told him to tell Robert to go f-himself and that we were not waiting any longer. My husband was right as we were walking out, “our experience probably would have been mediocre at best, considering the place reminded him of an upscale swap shop”... NEVER AGAIN WILL WE BE BACK AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST THIS HORRIBLE, MISMANAGED, JOKE OF A “SPA”.

I've gone to the spa on several times and each time was great. My last visit was amazing Robin did my message I was concerned because I had surgery on my shoulder 3 months ago she was attentive and gentle which eased my concern she even gave good tip on stretching. My facial was fabulous and the nail tech wonderful. Thanks to all the staff for there great service.

Amazing five star service , very friendly and professional
Came for deep tissue massage , my masseuse was Sara , she was extremely professional and understanding ! Super relaxing and soothing experience ! Best massage ever

Bad gel mani ! Zero stars
Had to click one star or this would not submit. I am giving it negative stars if that is a thing...The absolute worst shellac manucure i have ever had. Tuchana was the technician. Besides cutting my cuticle to the point where it is still bleeding today, she also left giant bubbles in the last coat and there is polish all over whats left of my cuticles. Also, she do not heat sterilize her instruments. She leaves them in the blue soak solution. So gross. Never ever going back there for any kind of nail treatment.

High Quality Service
ContourSpa is a great salon! “Every time” I go get my hair done I always get compliments. Rochelle is so good with my hair. Been going to her for years. I get color, high or low lights and a trim. I even get facials. I feel so good and it is very relaxing, too. You get good care and quality!

My daughter received a $25 Spa gift card for her birthday and we saw that Contour Day Spa participated so I made an appointment for her and I. I had not been to Contour Day Spa in about 10 years so I was excited about the appointment. Unfortunately, it was a real disappointment. When you check in, they make you pay for services up front and make you pay for tip up front. I personally think tip should be paid after the service. When you pay for tip up front, there is no desire to do a good job. After we checked in, we were told to have a seat and someone would come get us. We waited 25 minutes before I finally went up to the reception to ask how much longer. The receptionist ran back to see what was going on to find out that they were just standing around waiting. We did manicures first. The lady who did my daughter's manicure globbed the paint all over her finger nails and got it all over her skin. When my daughter asked her to clean it up, she insisted it was clean. It was not. I pointed out that the polish was on more than just her nail and that it needed to be cleaned up on her skin. The lady got an attitude and used force with the brush on my daughter's hand. This was completely unacceptable. I immediately walked over to the receptionist and told them what was going on. I demanded that the lady be pulled off of my daughter and that someone else take over. The man told me that he didn't have anyone else to assist and how could I expect him to get another person since they were booked. The hair wash lady helped clean the nail polish up, but ultimately it was my daughter who cleaned her own nails up. Then we went over to get our pedicures. Nobody came over to do my daughter's pedicure. She had to wait until the lady who was doing mine finish so she could do my daughter's pedicure. At no time, did we receive any apology from management during this process. When we finally finished (3 hours later), I walked up to the receptionist desk. The man who I originally complained to walked away to avoid contact with me. I found this to be a coward move. I spoke to the other gentleman at the receptionist desk and insisted that the tip I had to pay up front be given to the lady who did my nails. This is why I don't agree with tipping up front. Tipping should be given upon the service you received. He did apologize but I really didn't feel as though they cared about my bad experience. He offered 20% off of my next visit but I can guarantee you that I will NOT go back ever again. The very next day, the nail polish started peeled off of my daughter's nails. What a waste of money.
