Great job installing three TVs
Chris and his crew mounted three TVs, one on a stone fire place in a living room, with an existing sound bar. The mounting work was done and cleaned up in about 90 minutes. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment. I would be happy to work with them again on any A/V projects.

Very Reliable, Helpful and Honest
I had an upgrade I wanted for an existing home entertainment system, replacing some outdated/broken equipment, but maintaining existing, sufficient and well-functioning equipment. Chris at Control Freeks did not oversell me, provided exactly what I wanted and provided the necessary flexibility as I learned more about new technology to add some nice new functionality. I was very pleased with Control Freeks friendliness, honesty, quality of work and desire to get everything done correctly. I strongly recommend them.

Very Reliable, Helpful and Honest

Control Freeks - Exceptional
I contacted Chris Smith of Control Freeks after twice failing to get response from another local (high profile) theater company. Control Frees is absolutely the company you want to work with. Chris's communications and response were exceptional. He specified just the right equipment, and the installation was effortless. I went from an old system to state of the art. Professional Service, Fair Price, Great Products
Chris and his team at Control Freaks were professional, courteous and didn't try to sell me on equipment I didn't need. They came out to my property for an initial consult to ensure installation would go off without a hitch. In fact, the team returned to my house after their install to make certain that the cable guy connected everything in a manner that would allow me to best optimize my equipment. They gave me a fair price on great equipment and provided friendly, professional service.

Professional, Knowledgeable, and Reliable!
I recently encountered a problem with my home theater system that required professional attention. After a couple of power outages in my area, I had lost all audio, which was routed through my Integra receiver. This continued when I attempted to use my Blu-Ray player, radio, and i-Pod, as well as my 65" Panasonic plasma screen. After trying to schedule a service visit from 3 other home theater companies (to no avail), I stumbled upon a link to the Control Freeks. I wasn't very optimistic at the time, as I had great difficulty even getting a call returned from the other companies that I had called. But these concerns were quickly alleviated when I called Chris Smith. First of all, Chris personally answered my phone call! Imagine my surprise when I encountered a real person instead of a voice-mail! After discussing my issues, we scheduled a service visit within 2 days. On the day of our appointment, Chris arrived early......along with his team, Jason and Mike. They were friendly and professional, and diagnosed my various options within a short period of time. I decided to have a new Yamaha receiver installed, and also took this opportunity to upgrade to a better Universal Remote Control. It only took a couple of days to order and receive the components that I required. On the day that they returned to my home to complete the job, Chris and Jason again arrived early. They had everything up and running within 30 minutes. Over the next couple of days, I discovered a couple of additional functions that I wanted to have programmed into my new remote control. Chris, Jason, and Mike returned within 2 days to "tweak" my remote......and oh yes, they even arrived a bit early again! The final programming of my remote was completed in about 10 minutes. In short......these guys are good, know what they are doing, and they deliver what they promise. In the future, I will never call anyone else except Control Freeks for all of my home entertainment needs......and I would strongly suggest that everyone else do the same. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and friendly!
We were finishing our basement and called control freaks to advise us on a home theater package. They made multiple trips to our home and then took us to see a finished project. The components they chose for our theater system fit our budget and exceeded our expectations. They were professional... phone calls were answered, flexible with our changes, explained our systems and we couldn't be happier. We had a great experience with Control Freeks and we highly recommend them!

Great service!! Timely and quality work
I would highly recommend these guys. They were again able to meet all of my expectations. Pricing is reasonable and they are flexible as far as changes, install, etc. Great company
