I went to DRG Cambridge for my usual cleaning and checkup. Irena, the Head Dental Hygienist was fantastic as usual. Not only is she an expert in her field but she has a wonderful personality. I enjoy seeing her every time I go to DRG. Its one thing to leave with your teeth feeling good, its another thing to leave with your heart feeling good. My appointment was early in the morning and after seeing Irena my day was off to a great start!

Excellent work: professional and personable
The first stage of my implant went very smoothly. The only suggestion I'd make is that the Implant Surgery Post-Op Instructions be more complete. I had to ask several questions that weren't addressed on the sheet. Adding that straws cannot be used for a week would be helpful, as well as saying that one should brush without toothpaste for the first day but can return to using toothpaste and brushing the day after, excluding the implant site. Telling the patient what to expect in the way of pain--that it's normal to have discomfort for however many days-- and if exercising should be limited would be good as well. After such a procedure, I find I don't always retain all the details, so having a more complete written follow-up sheet would make a big difference. Other than that, the work done is always excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Chang!
