An accurate depiction of this awful business.
For anyone who is interested in an efficient, clear, and reasonable service, I HIGHLY recommend you do not visit this facility or Dr. Dimple Manchandia. After seeing various positive reviews, I thought it would be great to try a new dentist. I first made an appointment on ZocDoc but what soon called saying they were not in on the day they allowed me to schedule an appointment so we rescheduled. After arriving at 9 am and completing all the paperwork by 9:10 am, I was not taken to a room until 9:40 am - forty minutes after my appointment time. In the room, I was assisted by a woman who I believe was the dental hygienist. She began to take x-rays with a giant device that was hurting my mouth – her failure to get an accurate photo resulted in multiple attempts and many sharp indents, feeling like it what cutting my mouth. When I mentioned I was uncomfortable, she simply pulled my mouth open to get the device further back. After the x-ray was completed, I lightly released the bite, still keeping it in my mouth. She came over and said, “Leave it in your mouth; this device is very expensive.” When I assured her I was doing my best but it was hurting me, she decided to argue with me stating it is an average adult size. After some more uncomfortable x-rays, Dr. Dimple Manchandia finally came into the room. She started by asking me some uncomfortable questions regarding my daily medication and past surgical history – I immediately regretted putting all my medical history on the initial forms. The Dr. stated I would need a deep cleaning and the procedure would begin now for half of my mouth and would take about an hour – this was at 10:45 am – an hour and forty-five minutes after I arrived. I stated I needed to get back to work and rescheduled. An almost three-hour dentist appointment seems absurd but they minimized my concerns by saying this was standard for a first appointment. I returned for the first half of my cleaning four days later. I arrived at 3:00 pm and a person arrived shortly after me, at roughly 3:05 pm. The person who walked in behind me was called in at around 3:10 pm. When I asked why he was called before me, they simply stated, “He just has a quick cleaning and you have a deep cleaning.” I asked if I would need to wait until he was finished and they assured me I would not. At 3:40 pm, I was finally called into a room where the receptionist was kindly trying to save some time and began to show me a few videos of the procedure. She then came in to show me an itemized invoice and asked me to sign – the invoice was for over $950. By this time, I was already unhappy with the service and experience but the invoice really made up my mind for me. I said I would not be getting my service done there and that I wanted to leave. The receptionist went to verify the invoice and returned with an invoice of over $600 – not changing my mind at all. Before walking out, I spoke to Dr. Dimple Manchandia, she asked me to pinpoint what on the invoice I was unhappy with; where I continued you express it what not the invoice but my dissatisfaction with the overall experience. She began to state that I only confirmed the appointment that day which is the reason for the delay – minimizing the fact that it may have been their oversight to double book appointment times. Dr. Dimple Manchandia continued to respond with passive-aggressive and dismissive remarks when all I wanted to do was leave the office and get back to work – since I was again taking time off work for a procedure that had not even begun forty-five minutes after the appointment time. I am not entirely sure what the intent for Dentistry Blossom is and there are many reviews and websites with convincing arguments as to why you should visit their office. However, those reviews are not an accurate depiction of what your experience will be at Dentistry Blossom – do yourself a service and visit a different dentist.

Honest opinion and very seasoned dentist
Two of the local dentists had recommended me for my wisdom tooth extractions. I went to Dentistry Blossom for an opinion, they took the x-rays, and she recommended that I can wait for another 2-3 years and there is no need for extractions. For my other teeth problems, she explained me her diagnosis in lay-men terms, which I could understand and also the estimated costs of her services. I got my teeth cleaned and another small procedure on two of my other teeth. This saved me a lot of pain and money. In my opinion, she is a very seasoned honest dentist.
