Opted for bridge replacement vs implants. Its a risky choice as bridges don't last forever like implants but I'm a cheap SOB. Anyway, Dill takes pride in his work and does it very well. That said, 2 months since all the work which included a root canal next door to Acacia Endodonics and I can't speak highly enough about both of these establishments. I've been a client of Dr Dill's for almost 10 years, so doesn't that alone speak volumes? Oh yeah, my wife too.

Wish I had never walked thru the door
This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with a Dental office. Went in with a infection at my wisdom tooth, got the standard treatment of penicillin and RX rinse. Dr Dill said he was to busy to do the extraction that needed done on the wisdom tooth and refereed me to a oral surgeon dentist located in town. The it will cost no more there comment was totally wrong the office charges a $90 consult fee that insurance will not cover, the extraction charge was the same. I knew that I needed a deep cleaning "Scaling Root Planing" procedure and set a appointment for their next available time in a couple of months. I went in for my new patient exam, X Rays & cleaning that my insurance provided at the time and was renewing my policy to better coverage in a couple of weeks knowing that I needed the SRP procedure and wanted insurance coverage since it is quite costly. The hygienist did a complete mouth X Rays with out concern if insurance covered it, I mentioned that I was aware of only bite wing X Ray coverage but could understand the need for a full set and the additional cost would not be that much and agreed to pay for them. She then did my probe count of gum pockets and asked several time about when my last cleaning was which was about 2 years ago. She then said she was going to clean below the gum lines and spent at most 10 minutes using the ultrasound cleaner and did nothing more, No polishing , flossing etc.. Dr Dill then came in to do the exam spent all of a minute checking my teeth with a probe and proceeded to tell me I would need a bridge and several extractions that he would do himself. We spent several minutes discussing my needs. I did get a comment in about how it did cost me more for the extraction. I am escorted to the front for check out and find they have decided to charge me for a gross scaling or debridement that is not covered by insurance. at no time was I informed of this, and after some research confirmed my belief that all the cleaning that was done would be considered a drive by scaling not even the time or detail spent for a prophy or perio cleaning. Now I am out another $125 just for the gross scaling charge and the office knew I was unhappy with the service and coding of my procedure. The next day I call and ask to have a conference with Dr Dill to explain my view of what was done and what was charged, I am informed the office manager deals with these issues so I wait for a call from her which never came. A couple days later I walk into the office to see if the manager is available but she is not there.. Dr Dill then walks into the front office area ask how you doing today, I respond not well with your office procedures, he then realizes which patient I am and gets defensive stating that the manager told him I wanted codes changed and it would be insurance fraud, I had spent plenty of time in back for my appointment, he will never make me happy, I will just write off the charges, etc. At no time did I ever explain to the office manager what was wrong or what I felt should be done to rectify the issues. I told Dr Dill that I pay my bills regardless, and he said pay what you feel is appropriate. I was going to pay the majority of it and let them charge of some but his receptionist kept the pressure on to pay it in full not wanting to understand what he said in front of her "pay what you feel is appropriate" . So I payed everything they had billed me. He was considerate enough to not charge me for copies of my X Rays and exam charts so we could use them at another dentist since insurance only allows so many exam and X Ray charges in a year. I have also had to wait 90 days more for my deep cleaning since insurance will not cover it if any other type of cleaning charge was filed under your plan, regardless of if it was a covered procedure or not. The insurance company rep told me to just have the Dentist reverse the billing since it was not paid for by them and then I could have my deep cleaning done immediately. Again no response from Dr Dill's office staff or help with that issue. My wife and I have found another dentist that would take us in and use the existing exams & X Ray's. My wife was told she needed a deep cleaning also of which the New dentist disagreed with, she had a basic prophy cleaning done saving us a couple hundred dollars of out of pocket expense. My deep cleaning was done and the New dentist wants to wait and monitor the couple of teeth that I was told need extracted and a bridge done, in time I may need the bridge work or implants that Dr Dill implied would not work for me due to bone loss.. With the benefit of hindsight and after seeing a better/more competent Dentist I am now sure that Dr Dill's office is more interested in providing service and procedures that you may not really need but that allow for more revenue to be billed and profited by him and his staff. You should get a second opinion if they claim you need expensive work done.
