Roadside assistance for tow to dealership
Dave McDonald showed up in the time slot that was provided to me, actually with 10 minutes to spare. Was pleasant, professional, handled the car with care...bought him a coffee and he gave me a ride to my job while on the way to the dealership with my car. Even called me to let me know when he arrived at the dealership and dropped the car off. Overall a pleasant experience that made a rough morning, because of a flat tire, a little less stressful:)

Horrible service
Last night I was in a 4 car accident. The Parsippany police who are awesome.. Have a contract with Eagle towing. Let's just say my husband and I weren't thrilled with hearing that. When the car was going on the truck the person who worked for eagle seriously almost killed the Parsippany police officer. He wasn't paying attention and almost ran him over. Good thing for all the families yelling watch out we helped the policeman. Next, the eagle towing guy locked his keys in the car. So it took longer then expected. When we followed him to the yard the car was still on the truck. Another man came out to help the towing guy. Let's just say he was the most unprofessional man I have ever worked with. He started yelling at the two families that where getting the cars off the truck. He called my husband cheap for asking how much it was to leave the car in the yard. Then I asked him a question on why we couldn't get it towed to our house. He went on and belittled me. He said that my husband and the other man where yelling. Guess who was yelling he was. After everything he got upset and made the decision that we had to leave the cars in the yard. I request that anyone who wants to bring their car here doesn't. Unprofessional people who don't know how to handle situations.
Response from Eagle Truck Services
Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Eagle has always strived for professional and courteous service. Disciplinary action has been taken against both drivers. Driver one has been suspended without pay for one week and will not be put back on the schedule until he has passed a safety refresher course. Driver 2 has been suspended without pay for 2 days and both employee files will be noted. My thoughts are with all those injured in this unfortunate accident and I hope for a speedy recovery. Thank you, Robert C Newell President
