Great service from all the Dentist and techs in the back, very friendly, and helpful. However, I can not say the same for the front desk management and services.
The front office is extremely lacking in overseeing appointment times and schedules. Most likely, you will get overlooked if you make 2 appointments for one day even if you make them 6 weeks in advance. For example, I had a 10:15 am cleaning apt and an 11:30 apt for a crown insertion. So there I sit for 90 minutes and never had my teeth cleaned.While others came and went. I guess they thought I came in early for the 11:30 apt! So here I am with an attitude and very angry because they just didn't care! I was given an apology but not an explanation and that made me angrier. This lack of consideration caused me to come on another day of the following week! My time is as valuable as theirs and I don't appreciate wasting my time and I detest displaying anger in public but it could not be helped. I am sure anyone one else who took their time and made an appropriate appointment 6 weeks in advance, rearranged their day off to make the appointment in time would be just as angry! If this was the first time I would have handled the situation better but this was the second time! I now must make separate appointments for services because I am afraid I will be "over looked" again!
