Not knowledgeable people
We had problem with our Heater in 2017 April. Steve suggested that if we change Heat exchanger will solve problem so did. Then again in October our heating was not working properly. They came & fix it . Again after 2 days same problem & this time something else went wrong so we need to change as per their knowledge which cost us almost parts +labor $800; same problem again after 2 days ; still they can’t figured it out what’s wrong. With kids not running heat for almost 2 weeks is not good at all & just can’t wait on them to figure it out so now we have to find someone else. Each time they would come $400 invoice on us for something. Rip off company.

We apologize that you had this bad experience, but we do not have anyone under that name (Steve) in our company. All of our technicians are licensed they have years of experience. We give warranty on the jobs that we do. We do not charge $400 for each visit, that amount is very high for just an inspection or a small repair. Can you please send us an email to, with your home address and attach the invoices, that way we can check if this invoices are from our company and we can take action of this issue.
