Horrible customer service experience
I don't normally do this, but based on the circumstances and the terrible experience I received from this dental office I feel I don't have another choice than let the people know about it. Here is my experience: Back in March 2020 I went to the Seattle office located downtown because I felt pain in my second upper right molar, the doctor there told me I needed a root canal procedure done immediately in order to save my tooth so I proceeded. I paid out of pocket an amount of $2,204 and they told me the pain should be gone in 7 days. So here when everything started. I spent 6 WEEKS with pain because they said it takes some time to heal. I had no choice but to look for a specialist. I went to an endodontic and it turned out Seattle Emergency Dental did not remove all the canal and on top of that they did an overfilling that was touching my sinus. At that point I might need an extra surgery. The specialist was able to remove this and obviously I went to another dental office to get my crown. By the end I paid over $5,000 for the whole process. I went back and talked to the manager in charge named Teresa, she submitted a refund for me for at least $1,600 and told me this usually takes 90 days. I still today (11/30/2020) have not received any response from them. I talked to the manager in charge now, her name is Elizabeth and she mentioned to me that she had been emailing corporate to get some news about it. This is a difficult time during the pandemic and this corporation has no care about customers. Please reconsider going to one of their offices. I gave up trying to get something back from them. I hope my terrible experience makes you think twice before going there. I still need to pay for this debt when they cause me nothing but pain.
