We contracted Eric's services to design a second story edition to our small ranch home to transform it to more of a cape style. We ended up with a beautiful addition that is exactly what we wanted...better actually. It looks like a cape but has the room of a full second story. The experience was great. Probably to most compelling thing I can say is; If I end up needing an architect for another project, I will without question go with Eric once again.
