Being a Very Small General Contractor and not doing ALOT of floor work it is nice to be able to ask the Salesmen Questions about product so I can successfully relay to my customers. Just finished a major remodel of our living room, dining room, and kitchen. ProSource was recommended by our contractor. They had the best range of flooringthat my wife and I had seen. We had excellent help from the salesman. He was very well versed on all the different flooring, which helped us make an informed decision. The same experience was had with the backsplash for the kitchen. The other benefit was pricing. Everything was very affordable.

I have been buying from Prosource as a Contractor since you first came to Buffalo. All the people who work there are very well versed in the vast selection of products that you have available. Fred, the Manager has always been particularly helpful since day one. If corporate ever needs someone to train their Managers across the country, Fred should be the one you look to. I have had a few different Account Managers since I started buying from Prosource and my current one Tom, is particularly good. He's very organized and always on top of things whenever I have a question. Speaking of good Account Managers, Craig, who has been there from the beginning, is always very friendly and helpful too. Bottom Line, not only would I recommend Prosource to others, I always bring ALL my customers to Prosource for their flooring needs and everyone of them has been happy with their choices!
